Ni Yan was stunned. She did not expect that the old drunkard would buy the dish for her. Bu Fang stood at the side, eyebrows raised, but did not say anything.
"Aren't you going to eat it? If not, I will go ahead and do it", the old drunkard said as he laughed. If the Path-Understanding Fruit had not been used to create the dish, perhaps he would not have given the dish to Ni Yan, as he would have needed the fruit to brew wine.

Lees Fish:
A traditional dish from the region of Jiangxi, Poyang Lake. Traditionally, this labor intensive and complicated dish is made from freshwater fish that has been preserved in a vat for one week before being left out to dry outdoors. After it has dried up, the meat is diced into cubes, washed and mixed with sugar, glutinous rice wine, sesame oil and other ingredients. The mixture is then sealed up in a vat for three months after which it can be enjoyed in its raw, cooked, sweetened or spicy form. The finished dish tends to have a yellowish hue, mixed with some red. It gives off a strong alcoholic fragrance and has a tender yet slightly crisp texture that leaves a faint sweetness lingering on the palette.
