The next corridor was much longer than the previous one and suspiciously lacking in mushrooms. This meant that the narrow passage was entirely covered in darkness. Not that it mattered much to Alexander with his sphere.

As he walked, he remembered that he had his abilities back. He grabbed the dagger he had obtained during the second challenge room and identified it.

["Dagger of Bloodletting (Common)"]

["A dagger created by an ancient cult long dead, made for sacrificial purposes."]

["Enchantments: Any cuts made with this blade bleed more, for a longer time, and are harder to heal."]

The enchantment explained why he bled so much when he cut himself. He put the dagger away and continued down the corridor.
