Chapter 35: The Dress That Amazed Everyone
After the lively birthday party, Liora sat in a corner of the hall with her close friends. Light conversation flowed, but the most captivating topic was the dress Liora wore that evening. The admiring gazes of her friends made her smile slightly, even though she tried to downplay it.
"Honestly, Liora," said Aria, one of Liora's friends from the Marquess Feldren family. "How did you get such a beautiful dress? I've never seen anything like this, even in the best boutiques!"
Liora blushed and shrugged slightly. "It's one of the special designs from The Carval Collective. My father designed it. This collection will be released in limited quantities."
Aria's eyes widened. "Your father designed it? That's amazing! The dress looks like something out of a dream. The details are so perfect. I don't know if anyone could compete with it."
"I agree!" replied Celine, another friend from the Count Walbridge family. "When you descended the stairs earlier, I almost lost my words. The dress looks like it was made for you. Is there another version of this dress?"
Liora nodded, a soft smile on her face. "Yes, but they all have slightly different colors and details. My mother's dress is also part of the same collection, but hers is blue. Lumi's dress, though simpler, is also part of this collection."
Aria stared at her in awe. "I really want to have one. Should I beg my parents to order it right away? You know how hard it is for me to find a dress I truly like."
Celine added enthusiastically, "If this collection is limited, I think we should act quickly. I can imagine this dress becoming a huge trend across the kingdom."
Liora laughed softly. "You don't need to worry. Eldric and Roland have already made sure that every noble family will have the opportunity to order it first. But since the numbers are very limited, you might want to tell your families soon."
Aria sighed in relief. "Thank you, Liora. I knew I could count on you. If I manage to get it, I'll definitely wear it to the next party, and we can all match!"
"Of course!" Liora replied with enthusiasm. "I'm sure you'll look amazing in this dress. But remember, true beauty comes from how confident we feel wearing it."
Celine smiled widely. "You're right, Liora. But still, that dress really makes me want it. You're so lucky to be part of the Carval family. It must be wonderful to wear clothes designed by your father."
Liora paused for a moment, feeling both proud and happy as she listened to her friends' praise. That night, even though the atmosphere was filled with jokes and laughter, she felt even more grateful for the warmth of her friendship. The dress was indeed stunning, but what mattered most to Liora was being able to share happiness with the people she loved.
