Chapter 21: Leonel’s Reaction to Team 7

Thank you to DemonKingNoir and cokking_master for giving power stones. I really appreciate it.

========================================================

After closing Naruto Volume 4, Leonel sat for a moment, reflecting, allowing the story to sink in. This story was not just about Naruto, but about the entire Team 7: Sakura, Sasuke, and Kakashi. Each of them had unique traits and dynamics that made them even more interesting. Leonel thought about each of Naruto's teammates, who, despite their differences, always complemented each other in their struggles.

First, Sakura. Leonel realized that although Sakura often seemed fragile at the beginning of the story, she actually possessed incredible strength in her own way. Over time, she had grown far beyond just a nervous girl who tended to depend on Naruto and Sasuke. One of the most striking aspects of this arc was the emotional and moral support Sakura gave to her friends, especially Naruto.

"Sakura… I can see how much she's grown," Leonel muttered. "From the girl who was always anxious to the ninja who's now more confident and determined."

Although Sakura didn't directly engage in the battle with Zabuza and Haku, she still played a very important role. One of her key contributions was her unwavering support for Naruto, who often felt isolated and underestimated by others. When Naruto struggled against Zabuza, Sakura became his main encourager, offering the moral support needed to keep his spirit and focus intact during the fight.

"Seeing Sakura always supporting Naruto... I can feel how important her role is in the team," Leonel thought. "She's not just a friend; she's a loyal supporter."

Sakura also played a role in keeping Tazuna, the bridge builder, safe, even though she wasn't directly involved in the fighting. As a member of Team 7, she ensured the safety of their client in a quiet but significant way. Sakura showed that even though she wasn't fighting on the front lines, she was still essential in making sure their mission went smoothly.

"Sakura really proves that strength isn't just about fighting in the front," Leonel thought. "Sometimes, protecting those we care about in other ways, like keeping them safe, is just as important."

Additionally, there was a moment when Kakashi was injured and unable to continue his battle against Zabuza. In this high-pressure situation, Sakura didn't hesitate to take the initiative to care for Kakashi and ensure his injuries didn't worsen. Despite the chaos, Sakura remained calm, displaying remarkable emotional growth, even though she wasn't a ninja with great combat strength at that time.

"Sakura doesn't yet have impressive combat abilities," Leonel thought, "but her courage and calmness in the most critical situations are truly impressive."

Leonel began to feel that Sakura was a very important character in this story. Although she wasn't always on the front lines, she was always there to provide the support the team needed. Her bravery, though not always shown in big battles, was invaluable. "She may never be the strongest in terms of physical power," Leonel thought, "but she's the force that holds this team together."

For Leonel, Sakura's journey was one of the things that made Team 7 so fascinating. A character who started with self-doubt and dependence, but grew into someone more confident and brave, despite facing many challenges.

"Sakura is a true example of character development," Leonel smiled slightly. "She shows that true strength doesn't just come from physical power, but from the ability to keep supporting others, even when we don't feel strong ourselves."

Then, there was Sasuke, the genius who was the center of attention for much of the story. Leonel felt there was a certain tension surrounding Sasuke's character. From the beginning, Sasuke seemed to be a more serious figure, often acting cold and distant, even to his own teammates. However, beneath his cold exterior, Leonel could sense a deep trauma, especially with the tragic story of his family.

"Sasuke is an example of someone carrying a heavy burden," Leonel thought seriously. "He has incredible determination, but that also means he often feels lonely and isolated."

Nevertheless, Leonel admired how Sasuke, despite often seeming like someone who preferred to walk alone, eventually showed a sense of responsibility toward Team 7. He didn't hesitate to fight fiercely to protect his friends. As the story progressed, Leonel saw how Sasuke began to open his heart little by little, especially after several emotional moments that shaped him as a ninja.

Then there was Kakashi, the highly respected teacher, who had more secrets than anyone realized. Leonel smiled thinking about Kakashi, especially his famous Sharingan ability. Kakashi, despite his laid-back demeanor and often impressing with his indifferent attitude, was a highly dangerous and intelligent ninja. The moments when Kakashi used his Sharingan to mimic the enemy's techniques or battle them with incredible speed and precision were truly impressive to Leonel.

"No wonder Kakashi is called the Copy Ninja. He seems to be able to copy every move and strategy of the enemy effortlessly," Leonel said, amazed. "He may look relaxed, but no one doubts his abilities. Kakashi is definitely no ordinary person."

Leonel was also impressed with the relationship between Kakashi and his students. Though he didn't always show his feelings or involvement directly, Leonel could see that Kakashi deeply cared for his team, especially Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura. Kakashi wasn't just a teacher who taught techniques; he also guided them on how to be good and wise ninjas. "He also teaches them the importance of teamwork, not just in battle, but in their lives as a team," Leonel added in his mind.

Leonel was also moved by the bond between Kakashi and Team 7. Despite their different personalities, they supported each other and grew together. Naruto, though often seen as reckless and full of energy, was always the bearer of hope for the team. Sasuke, with all his solitude and deep motivations, and Sakura, who finally found strength within herself, formed a solid unity.

Reading Naruto Volume 4 evoked a deep sense of admiration in Leonel, not just for the main characters but also for the team dynamics that developed between them all. Leonel smiled again.
