Chapter 23: Arcane Symposium, Part Three

Okay, so... 

I did some rewriting. Nothing too major, but I changed basically every single chapter thus far to be in 1st person, as you will soon see with this new one. 

Okay, but for real, plot-wise, nothing's different. Still the same story. But, I felt like the change in POV from 3rd person to 1st would make this story hit a lot harder, and I think I was right about that. Feel free to let me know in the comments if you agree. Or if I've perhaps ruined this story irreparably, feel free to let me know too!

So, you may want to go back and check out a few chapters, just to see a bit more flavor, but, again, you don't need to in order to understand what's happening. Anyway, onto the chapter!
