Chapter 71: Finally Going Crazy. 

Laura's POV

I woke up to the sunlight seeping in through the windows. My eyes fluttered open as I took the room in. Memories from the previous night rushing in like a whirlwind. 

I felt scared, so scared to sleep alone and all I could do was go to Xavier. 

He comforted me and I didn't expect him to. I expected rejection but he gave me the best he could offer. I found solace in his chest as I inhaled him, the scent filling the holes of my nose. He told me to forget everything, to me, it sounds like a command and magically I was able to, forgetting the world around me and everything that got me so scared and I found myself thinking only about his chest, and the scent that follows it.
