"But where do we start?" Asked Qoteus.
Rai quickly responded and said, "Simple, just think about what you want. Then release that thought using the energy that resides inside you. But first, would you like to create a new planet, or use an existing one?"
"Well, what's the difference? Won't they just live normally?"
Rai tapped his staff on Qoteus' head, with Qoteus responding with an ow, "There is one major difference, which is survival. As of right now, planets in Universe 7 with intelligence are filled with dangerous creatures, while some planets are unlivable. If you can create a planet for your race, then they would have a better chance of survival."
Qoteus was about to respond but was quickly stopped by Rai, "Then let's just-"
"Be warned, that if you created a planet at your current state, alongside creating an entire race, you could exhaust your powers and be asleep for a certain period."
Qoteus began to ponder on what he should do. He wanted to create a safe planet for his people, but he also wanted to watch them grow and strengthen themselves to protect themselves.
After what felt like hours, Qoteus finally answered, "That's fine. I wouldn't want them to die because I wanted to see something."
Rai smiled at Qoteus answer, "As you wish."
"Hold on Rai. After I create the planet and the people, what about animals, vegetation, and other stuff?"
Rai chuckled and answered, "Don't worry too much. I can handle that much for you."
Hearing Rai reassurance, Qoteus smiled and closed his eyes. He concentrated and began thinking about the appearance of the planet.
The planet was full of green and blue, just like planet earth. However, the key difference was, the planet Qoteus was making was 10x bigger than planet earth.
As he finished making different biomes, he began working on the race he had in mind. Qoteus had always been fascinated by the Saiyans and their ability to grow, but he did not like their personality. He wanted to create something similar to the saiyans with human appearances and similar power scaling. However, he did not want to make a complete copy as he wanted it to be unique to this world.
However, as a shut in that only saw animals from a TV screen, he had no clue what to make. That's when he remembered a certain clan he liked while watching one of his favorite shows, Naruto. He remembers a clan called the Uchiha clan that had a special eye that helped them survive and triumph in the ninja world.
Basing his creation on the Uchihas from Naruto, he began creating special abilities for them. He created an avatar with black hair and black eyes. The avatar had many special abilities, such as Ki control, allowing the user to use Ki in a near perfect control.
However, as he created the race, he removed their personality, and changed it to something he liked more.
"I wonder, what happened to that kid back then?"
Remembering the scene where he died, he began making changes to the Uchihas' personalities. Making them more brave unlike him, and more helpful towards other people.
Qoteus based his race on his personal experience. More years to live compared to a human, because of his grandpa. More sympathy because of the people that stepped on him and killed him. More emotional because of him. And finally, more brave because he couldn't be brave.
As he finished his creation, he slowly opened his eyes and his two palms. On his palms, two projectiles appeared: A green planet and an avatar.
"That was easier than I thought." Said Qoteus.
"I'm glad you didn't have much trouble. Now, we just have to find a suitable star…" Replied Rai
Rai closed in on his staff and began searching for a suitable star, and in a couple of seconds he began to speak, "Ah, here's one. No one would be able to disturb us here for a couple of years."
Qoteus looked at the sun and looked at his palm. He closely joined the two and began pushing it towards the sun. The now combined projectile launched itself with great speed while expanding and creating a physical planet.
As the planet finished, Qoteus' vision started to dim. He looked at Rai and smiled, "Take care of them for me…"

On planet _____ (I need a planet name, give me some!!!)
2 boys and 1 girl were playing on a grassy field. One of the boys and the girl were sword fighting using sticks, while the other boy was sitting down looking at the swaying grass.
The two kids who were playing stopped and looked at the boy sitting down, the girl asking, "Hey Kamaru, what do you think Alo is thinking about?"
"I don't know Fuko, he's probably thinking about Aunt Mai again." Kamaru responded
The boy who was sitting down was named Alo, the son of Chief Uyeno. They are part of a small tribe called the Yellow Sun tribe. A tribe surrounded by powerful tribes and in constant threat for their livelihood.
His mother was the wife of Chief Uyeno, a powerful woman that is second in command of the entire tribe army.
Recently, they fought with a small tribe, the same size as them, for a land dispute, led by his mother.
The two kids ran towards Alo and tried to comfort him, "Hey Alo! Let's go to mount Teus! Mount Teus was said to have a beautiful sight when you reach the peak!"
Alo looked at the two and said, "I don't want to, Fuko."
"Oh come on! Stop being emo and let's go have some fun!" Yelled Fuko
"She's right, you know, you should hang out with us!"
Alo began forming a faint smile while fake grunting, "Ugh, fine. I'll go with you two morons."
As the three climbed the steep mountain, Kamaru found something odd and called for the two. The three of them examined the cave and went deeper and deeper, until they met a statue. It was a statue of a cloaked figure sitting down. The figure had no face, as it was covered in darkness by the cloak.
To the right of the figure, a statue smiled at them. The statue was an elegant man with spiky hair and a staff. And to the center of the two, was a door with 3 magatamas.
"What could this be?" Asked Fuko
"Maybe this is where the ancestors live!" Guessed Kamaru
As the two talked and guessed, Alo held the door and pushed it open. As the door opened, all they could say was,
"Wow…"
