Chapter 357: **Chapter 357: Murasame’s Recognition, Reversal!**

"Whee..." Chodori lifted her chin with a smug smile. "What a pity! Your insight, combat skills, and strength are indeed impressive, but you made one crucial mistake—you underestimated me!"

"Snap!" Chodori's swift strike knocked Murasame from Reiki's grasp, and before he could react, she slapped him on the backside, sending him sprawling.

As Reiki picked himself up, he ran calculations in his head. The blow he managed to land on Chodori had barely scratched her wrist. The issue wasn't Murasame's sharpness—it was his own lack of power. But if he could make a mark, then...

Reiki stood, eyes locked on Chodori. The being before him, despite her childish appearance, was no ordinary human. Her playful demeanor was deceptive; he was certain she intended to devour him once she was done toying with him. The Immortal Land trials were notoriously unforgiving, akin to the deadly trials of Ryūchi Cave where failure meant becoming a meal.

"Why don't you just admit defeat, little guy?" Chodori taunted. "The last person who surrendered quickly... let's just say, they were rewarded handsomely." She grinned with a dark glint in her eyes.

Reiki's suspicions solidified. "Murasame, I need your help. Demon Blade!" He gripped the sword's edge, allowing blood to flow down its length. Instantly, the curse marks spread across his body, converging on his heart.

"Hmm?" Chodori's eyes narrowed as she sensed the surge of power emanating from Reiki. She raised an eyebrow, surprised when the curse halted at Reiki's heart, not harming but protecting it.

"Om..." Murasame trembled in recognition, sending a wave of approval through Reiki's mind.

"Thank you, Murasame!" Reiki grinned. "Since you trust me, let's unleash our full power and obliterate everything in our way!"

He reached into his ninja bag, pulling out an array of potions. Without hesitation, he drank them:

- **[Top Rage Potion]: Multiplies all basic attributes by four without side effects.**

- **[Top Sensitivity Potion]: Enhances reaction and perception fivefold for 10 minutes, no side effects.**

- **[Top Elemental Potion]: Boosts all elemental properties threefold for 10 minutes, no side effects.**

- **[Top Stamina Potion...]**

- **[Top Recovery Potion...]**

As the potions took effect, energy surged chaotically around Reiki, drawing Chodori's attention. Her playful smile turned serious. The power radiating from Reiki sent shivers down her spine—a feeling she hadn't experienced in ages.

"What did you just do?" Chodori's voice quivered as she prepared to turn back time. If she could reverse his transformation, she could prevent her defeat.

"Puff..." Reiki activated his spatial jutsu. The collision of their spatial-temporal forces, amplified by Reiki's new strength, disrupted Chodori's time-reversal ability.

"How is this possible? You... you..." Chodori stammered, panic clear in her eyes as she felt genuine fear for the first time. The ominous aura surrounding Reiki and the wicked gleam of Murasame made her heart race.

"Now, it's my turn to lead this battle," Reiki declared. "No matter who or what you are, I refuse to be your prey! ROOM!" He vanished and reappeared beside Chodori, Murasame slicing down with unrelenting force.

"Ding!" Chodori barely managed to block with her sword, but this time, the impact cracked her blade.

"Boom!" Reiki's relentless assault continued. "Too slow!"

"Boom!" Another strike. "Your reaction's too slow!"

"Boom!" Attack after attack, he pressed his advantage. Reiki knew that the potions' effects were strongest during initial use; he had to finish this quickly.

On a nearby cliff, two observers watched the intense battle unfold.

"Are you just going to let Chodori be overpowered like this?" the green-haired girl asked.

The pink-haired girl smirked. "Let her have her fun. Usually, she's the one getting disciplined during training. Now that she's found someone who can challenge her, why not enjoy it? Besides, the elders are aware. Let's see how this plays out."

"As long as she doesn't get seriously hurt..." The green-haired girl shrugged, though a smile lingered on her lips. They were intrigued—this boy, capable of suppressing Chodori, might truly belong in their Immortal Land.

"I give up! Stop attacking!" Chodori finally shouted, her pride giving way to self-preservation. "You win! You've passed the trial. Stop... it really hurts!"

"Sorry, I was wrong!" she pleaded. "If you make it here, you're already qualified to become an inheritor of the Immortal Land! Stop hitting me, or I'll call for help..."

"Snap!" Reiki smirked, landing one last, satisfying blow.

"Did you just spank me?!" Chodori gasped, eyes wide with disbelief.

"Clap, clap, clap..." Reiki, eyes red with fury, delivered a series of well-earned paybacks. The humiliation he endured had driven him to this moment, and he was determined to settle the score.

Chodori's cries echoed through the fairyland, while the onlookers watched, bemused. In this battle, Reiki had proven himself not just capable, but indomitable.
