The sound of Kingpin's eerie laughter echoed through the speaker.
"Of course, I will face you, when your face is torn off!"
Just as his voice faded, Cohen heard some movement behind him. He quickly turned, his sharp vision noticing many red figures in the corner.
"Bang, bang, bang!"
Suddenly, the sharp sounds of gunfire rang out. His body became a shadow, weaving through the open underground parking lot.
Though enemies surrounded him from all sides, he showed no fear.
Like wind, his figure dashed from south to north, east to west. When he stopped in front of a camera, the crisp sound of Glock bullets hitting the ground just ceased.
"Kingpin, is that all you've got?"
"I certainly have more than that! Floor seven, come and catch me!"
Cohen glanced at the nearby stairwell and smiled. "You think I'd fall for such an obvious trap? I'm the hunter, you're the prey. What gives you the right to take back control from me?"
"So, you're not coming?"
Cohen squinted at the camera.
Kingpin wouldn't let him go easily, the exit might already be blocked.
In that case, let's see what he's truly capable of!
"No, of course I'm coming! Because I enjoy the thrill of hunting!"
With both hands holding his guns, Cohen kicked open the iron door to the stairwell. "Boom!"
A powerful shockwave hit him head-on, like a giant wall, leaving him no way to dodge!
In mid-air, Cohen could see a massive, horn-like machine. The moment he opened the door, it struck him.
Kingpin's voice came again: "Hahaha, didn't you notice that?"
Cohen twisted his body mid-air and barely landed.
The shockwave left him feeling queasy.
"To kill me, you're far from capable!"
As soon as his words finished, a few bullets came flying at him, but he dodged swiftly.
"Thud, thud, thud."
Footsteps approached quickly, and a silver flash slashed at him from the side!
Before his eyes, a red glow flashed, and a graceful woman in a red outfit wielded a silver blade, her cold aura sharp!
An expert!
While dodging, Cohen's mind immediately noted this.
But this wasn't over. Behind him, two men in suits attacked with fierce sword techniques.
In a hurried moment, Cohen used his Glock to block, but the steel barrel was sliced like tofu!
He retreated again and again, narrowly avoiding the attacks of the four.
When the first wave of attacks ended, Cohen stood in the center, facing them from four directions.
A quick glance revealed that three of the four were Silver-grade prey!
Not far away, Kingpin's tall, obese figure appeared, dressed in a white suit, holding a black cane.
Behind him stood three women and a man in red-blue uniform.
It was clearly a trap.
What intrigued Cohen was how Kingpin had convinced the Russian brothers to lure him into this, or perhaps…
How he had betrayed the Lanska brothers.
Cohen slowly pulled two daggers from his waist and said calmly, "Kingpin, last time you sent four people, and I killed three of them. Looks like you've learned something this time, bringing so many."
An angry voice came from nearby: "Hey, I'm a well-known figure, don't confuse me with those ordinary assassins. My price is very high! Kingpin made a huge mistake last time by not hiring me. This time, I'm ending you, Devil Face."
"Shut up, Wade!"
Kingpin scolded harshly.
"Alright, you're the boss, old man!"
Cohen examined the speaker, a somewhat handsome, talkative man wielding twin long swords, named Wade.
"Wade Wilson?"
The dual-wielding man's eyes lit up: "He knows me! I told you, I'm a famous guy! Hey, Erica, didn't I tell you? Are you interested in discussing swordsmanship? My girlfriend isn't home tonight! We can try some new poses..."
"Enough! Shut up!"
Kingpin couldn't hold back his shout.
"Alright, alright, you say so, big dad!"
Cohen sized up Wade Wilson. For now, he was just an ordinary human mercenary, the only Bronze-grade rookie among them.
Cohen turned his gaze to the red-clad woman holding twin tridents: "Are you Erica?"
"You know me?"
Cohen glanced at her tall, seductive figure: "I have a lot of interest in you!"
Then he looked toward Kingpin: "Seems like you've put a lot of thought into taking me down. After this, some of us might not walk out of this parking lot. How about we get to know each other?"
"Hehe..."
Kingpin smirked mockingly. "What, do you want to know who you're facing? Are you scared?"
"No."
Cohen waved his hand. "I just suddenly remembered that if I'm going to put up a gravestone for you guys, I need to know what names to write on it!"
"Haha!"
Laughter came from behind him, a middle-aged man mocked: "If you get the chance, go ahead and try. Remember my name, I'm Murakami!"
Cohen slightly tilted his head. One of the Five Fingers of the Hand Association, huh?
No wonder his English sounded like a bit of Japanese. He nodded. "Don't worry, you're the first to die!"
Then he turned to another person. "And you?"
"Sowanda!"
"Good, you're second!"
Both of them were Silver-grade prey, and in addition to their decent skills, their positions as gang leaders added even more strength.
He then shifted his gaze to Kingpin's followers.
"Echo."
"Natalie."
"Nine Spider Bride."
"Swift Demon."
Cohen smiled and nodded: "You all are people of great ability..."
Wait, Natalie?
Hold on, isn't she a Gold-grade prey?
He looked again and realized that this red-haired woman wearing an eye patch gave him a familiar feeling.
Underneath her tight-fitting outfit was a mature female body, full of charm.
But when did SHIELD collaborate with Kingpin and send their ace agent over here?
Or…
He suddenly recalled meeting Coulson and Hawkeye Barton last time.
Tsk, don't tell me those two are watching me from outside the building?
SHIELD wants to team up with Kingpin?
Interesting!
But Black Widow, did the system really categorize you as prey?
Your subordinates must be crying ghosts!
The bald director seems to be in trouble too!
"Bang, bang!"
Kingpin tapped the ground with his cane. "Devil Face, aren't we talking too much? I think their big knives are already itching!"
Cohen gripped his daggers and took his stance. "Actually, it's not too much. I have a habit of enjoying the fear of my prey before they die. So, I'm a bit of a perfectionist before killing."
"Hehe, then let's see whose fear is deeper!"
"Bang!"
Kingpin struck his cane heavily.
The heavy sound was like a command, and enemies came from all directions!
In an instant, Cohen felt his arms were not enough. Blades came from all directions, cutting through the air like the wails of vengeful spirits.
He could tell that all four of them were experts in combat.
Maybe they weren't masters, but at least they were half-step masters.
Among them, Murakami and Sowanda clearly had extraordinary physical strength.
Wade was still not Deadpool, but his body was close to the human limit.
If Cohen hadn't gained the blood of kings, surviving this battle would have been nearly impossible.
Thinking this, he no longer hesitated.
Dragon's Qi: Exploding energy, full power unleashed!
