Overall, Ken has had a total of 21 women, including 10 Valkyries.
All the women mentioned are members of Ken's Harem from the first world, Shinmai Maou No Testament.
There, our MC had married all of them in the last chapter of this Fanfic which was lost in my previous account.
So, they were officially husband and wife.
There, Ken also got to play around with Sheila and Kaoru Nonaka.
Sheila is the mother of Maria and Lucia, while Kaoru is the mother of Yuki and Kurumi.
Ken's relationship with them can be said to be the same as his relationship with his women.
But for some unspeakable reason, Ken didn't want to take them both into his Harem.
Since Sheila and Kaoru's husbands were still alive, Ken preferred to 'play around' with the two women without their husbands knowing.
Ken's relationship with Sheila and Kaoru had certainly 'crossed the line' of inappropriate physical contact.
And the result of their relationship was that Kaoru and Sheila became pregnant with his child.
Both women loved him, so they didn't feel any dissatisfaction upon learning that they were carrying his child.
For that reason too, Sheila and Kaoru enjoyed their relationship with Ken secretly behind their husbands' backs.
Besides that...
In the last chapter of this Fanfic before, in addition to Sheila and Kaoru being pregnant, all of his wives were also pregnant.
So, when Ken would go to the second world, they would all spend their time in Ken's private world, named [Yggdrasil].
That way, Ken has plenty of time to pick up the women he has targeted in this second world.

Keep in mind, though, that Ken will still go to accompany his wives who are in his private world.
Since Ken can change or adjust the time in Yggdrasil with the outside world, Ken can come and go at any time without having to worry about the time in the outside world.
So, even though his wives would spend most of their time there, Ken would go into his private world to meet up with them every night.
Basically, whenever and however he wanted.
Furthermore, his private world was also inside him, so it was just like his wives were still with him by his side.

What I mentioned above is a little information about what happened in the last chapter of this Fanfic and its relationship with the women.
Even though Sheila and Kaoru are not members of his Harem and are not his wives, Ken still counts them as one, considering how far their 'relationship' goes.
