Chapter 188: Chapter 188: The Next Plan

"It's over…"

"What a spectacular duel of swordsmanship!"

"El's strength keeps getting more incredible!"

In the distant sky, a white, fluffy cloud floated serenely.

Watching the fierce battle conclude from afar, Uthan, Barry, Ryan, Gerd, and others couldn't help but draw sharp breaths.

Witnessing the clash between two great swordsmen with their own eyes had been both enlightening and shocking.

"Of course! El is the strongest!" Gerd declared with unwavering confidence.

She turned to Zeus, her loyal transport, and gave an order. "Zeus, take us there!"

"Yes, Gerd-sama!"

When Zeus carried them to Alvia Island, the aftermath of the duel was unmistakable.

The legendary Gale Swordsman, Baris Frank, bloodied and unconscious, was bound tightly by thick, writhing vines, suspended helplessly.

Meanwhile, El stood nearby, completely unscathed, casually inspecting his spoils of battle—the exquisite blade 'Gale,' which to him was no more than a collectible "figurine."

"Since he refuses to submit… let's begin!" El nodded toward Gerd and the others.

"Hehe…"

Gerd stepped forward with a mischievous glint in her eye. Activating her Soul-Soul Fruit, she effortlessly extracted the battered swordsman's soul from his broken body.

"Hmm, 52 years of life essence?" She chuckled lightly. "This guy sure is resilient!"

Turning to Ryan, the scientist responsible for many of their creations, she called out: "Ryan!"

"On it… bring out the Munch Factory!"

Ryan grinned wickedly as he activated his Munch-Munch Fruit, summoning from his factory a towering three-to-four-meter-tall angelic robot, distinct from the others.

This one was a six-winged, demonic variant of the standard seraphim, complete with horns resembling a devil's.

"I bestow upon you a new life," Gerd announced with an air of ceremony, her voice filled with authority and a tinge of delight. "Rise as a fallen angel… 'Wrath of Sin—Samael!'"

She pressed the captured soul into the robotic body, infusing it with a strange, radiant energy.

"Master—"

Moments later, the six-winged, horned angel sprang to life. Its once-empty face now bore a human-like visage, complete with expressions.

Falling to one knee, the resurrected Samael knelt before Gerd and offered his loyalty.

"Another 'Queen-class' high-ranking Homie…"

Gerd smiled with satisfaction. "Now, with the gains from Impel Down, the 'Seven Deadly Sins' are finally complete!"

Previously, Gerd had already used the souls of notable figures such as Holy Knight Commander Saint Howard and Impel Down Warden Blood Prison Ian to create formidable Homies.

Alongside these, she had harvested the souls of four other strong Impel Down prisoners, each rivaling Blood Prison Ian in strength.

This final addition of Baris Frank's soul had completed the set.

"Not bad at all!" El nodded with a smile.

The 'Seven Deadly Sins' could be seen as an alternate version of the Warlords of the Sea. While it remained uncertain whether they could collectively rival the Navy's top brass, they could at least stall the World Government's mid-tier forces, allowing El and his team to focus on the most dangerous enemies.

If Ryan managed to replicate the laser weapon system from the Pluton blueprints, it would further elevate their combat power.

"It's about time to begin the next phase of our plan." El's expression turned serious as he looked toward Ryan and the others.

"With the 'Gale Swordsman,' a potential admiral, taken care of, the World Government won't give us much breathing room. The upcoming steps are now in your hands!"

El turned to the towering, light-blue-skinned fish-giant hybrid who stood at an equal height to himself.

In a deep, firm voice, he asked, "Sebastian, this mission involves some risks. Are you ready?"

Sebastian was a hybrid between a fishman and a giant, also known as a fish-giant.

Sebastian—who had the features of a catfish—had been introduced to El by Sea Tiger Jien, a tiger-shark fishman and fellow practitioner of Fishman Karate.

Impressed by El's unmatched strength and ambitious vision, Sebastian voluntarily joined the Fallen Angel Pirates.

El later granted him the Paramecia Water-Water Fruit, which allowed Sebastian to turn land into a sea-like environment, enabling him to swim through it freely and unleash devastating Fishman Karate and Jujutsu techniques.

Though this ability meant he could no longer swim in real seas, it dramatically amplified his combat prowess on land and gave him unparalleled stealth potential.

Sebastian's ability was crucial to the next phase of El's plan.

"Don't worry, Boss El. I'm fully prepared!" Sebastian grinned, baring his teeth.

"My invisibility skills, combined with the Water-Water Fruit's power to let me swim freely through solid ground, mean I can avoid obstacles and move undetected. As long as I'm careful, there won't be any problems!"

The Water-Water Fruit allowed Sebastian to transform any non-living solid material he touched into a liquid state while retaining its original properties, enabling him to move through it as though it were water.

As a catfish fish-giant, Sebastian also had a natural camouflage ability, similar to a chameleon's, making him practically invisible in most environments.

The fruit's abilities seemed almost tailor-made for Sebastian, making him the perfect infiltrator.

"Ryan, what about you?" El turned his attention to the scientist.

"Ha! Although we don't have enough explosives right now, with Barry and his Mirror-Mirror Fruit, we can quickly gather the necessary materials and produce as much as we need!"

Ryan confidently pounded his chest.

"As for the remote detonators, those are easy. I've designed them to work using Den Den Mushi, but I've also made special modifications. Even if someone tries to interfere with them using Conqueror's Haki, they'll remain operational. The signal can't be jammed!"

With a sinister grin, he added, "If anyone tries to block or destroy the devices with Conqueror's Haki, they'll just trigger the explosives and blow Mariejois sky-high!"

"Hehe… imagine the look on those World Government officials' faces if their headquarters were obliterated," Gerd chuckled.

"That depends on whether they behave themselves," El said coldly, twirling the 'Gale' blade in his fingers.

"Once we get the signal, we'll blow up Marineford first. That should give them a little 'shock therapy.'"

Knowing the odds were stacked against them, El wasn't shy about using scorched-earth tactics.

"Barry, Uthan, you two are responsible for assisting them fully."

El ordered the Mirror-Mirror Fruit user Barry and the Door-Door Fruit user Uthan.

"Help them infiltrate Marineford and Mariejois' underground facilities. Once you've sent Gerd and me back to Totto Land, you'll stay outside the kingdom."

"After assisting Sebastian and Ryan in their preparations, take an army of 10,000 Homies and hide in the Mirror World. Once you get the signal, strike Mariejois while its defenses are stretched thin!"

"Yes, Boss!"
