Chapter 157: Stay Away From My Fucking Husband

"And you decide to tell me this all now?!?" demanded Dante, his smile long gone. He has so many plans to complete before bringing Hattie back to the Dragon's Lair and proving that they could protect her. 

Why the fuck hadn't Tank told him sooner?!?!

Tank shrugged, not at all concerned with Dante's reaction. Hell, the man was lucky, he had told him. It wasn't his fault that he had a demon inside of him with a direct line to the most perfect creature in the world… 

"I had to tie up a couple of things," replied Tank, a smug smile on his face. He had fed one of the traitors he had found to the little puppy in the basement, but Tank needed to make sure that no one else was going to stumble onto something they shouldn't. 

After changing out the locks on the interior door and the one leading to the outside, he told the guards still guarding it that no one was allowed to go inside.
