The man with the gun slowly lowered his hand; his head cocked to the side as he studied me more. After a few seconds, he returned the gun to his shoulder holster and nodded his head.

This time, my bright smile wasn't forced. I always loved someone who was willing to play with me. And this man seemed to be more than happy to let me lead.

Motioning for two of his men to stay behind, I quickly shook my head no. Chang Xuefeng was going to be pissed, no matter how much I downplayed it all. If anyone were going to die, I wouldn't have it be this guy's men.

Raising his eyebrows as he looked at me, the second man waved his soldiers back in line.

"Good boy," I mouthed the words, making sure that Wan Ying couldn't hear them. "No point in getting you and yours killed."

The second man's eyes went wide as Wan Ying slapped my ass for a second time before leaving the mall and my forgotten sandwich behind.
