I felt a chill run down my spine. The fallout from Liam's betrayal was only getting worse.

Michael's jaw clenched, his hands balling into fists. "He's gone too far this time."

Margaret nodded solemnly. "I agree. But the question now is how we handle this without further damaging the family's reputation. There are whispers that the media might soon get hold of Liam's illegal dealings. If that happens, the Hartley name will be dragged through the mud."
