"What did you expect? Sorry but I'm number one."
Unable to contain himself, Kain pointed his new sword at Luna. "Fuck you princess! How about we test these out, huh? See which one of us really got the better zanpakuto?"
Luna's turned into a battle stance, but before he could respond, he glanced at Kiyota. "Lord Jin?" he asked, seeking permission.
Kiyota looked between the two.
'It would be beneficial to let them fight and test their zanpakuto because I plan to head to Soul Society. It would be best if I stop Aizen from getting the Hōgyoku in the first place. Luna and Kain are strong no doubt, but they don't have any experience fighting with swords...' After a moment's thought, Kiyota nodded. "Alright, you two. You should-"
Before he could finish his sentence Luna and Kain shot forward and both swung their zanpakuto causing sparks and a deadlock.
"Damn it, you two!" Kiyota shouted, exasperation clear in his voice. "I didn't even finish my sentence."
But his words fell on deaf ears. Luna and Kain were fully engrossed in their duel.
Kain grinned wildly, as he pushed against Luna's katana. "Not bad, pretty boy. But let's see how you handle this!"
With a sudden burst of strength, Kain broke the deadlock and swung his longsword in a wide arc. Luna barely managed to dodge, the blade whistling past his ear, Luna's long white hair flowing in the wind.
"Sloppy," Luna taunted. "Allow me to show you."
Luna's katana became a blur as he launched into a series of rapid strikes. Kain struggled to keep up, his heavier blade putting him at a disadvantage against Luna's speed.
Kiyota watched the both Arrancar displaying impressive battle instincts with their new weapons.
'The correct term is definitely instincts due to the fact they have never swung a sword before this.' Kiyota thought.
"Jinnie," Yuzuki whispered, her eyes wide as she watched the duel. "Shouldn't we stop them?"
Kiyota shook his head. "No, let them fight for now."
Suddenly, Kain's longsword began to glow with yellow light. "Godfrey!" he roared, swinging his zanpakuto with all his might and sent a sword slash made of reiatsu.
'That attack was similar to Getsuga Tenshō!' Kiyota thought.
Luna was surprised as he raised his katana to block. The impact sent shockwaves through the ground, making up a cloud of sand.
"Is that your zanpakuto's name?" Luna asked Kain.
"Let's begin your transformation now." Kiyota turned to face Yuzuki.
Yuzuki's eyes widened. "I can be an arrancar? Really?" she asked excitedly.
"Of course." Kiyota nodded. "You want power, right? I promised."
Yuzuki nodded eagerly.
"Now close your eyes." Kiyota instructed.
Yuzuki obeyed, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. Kiyota took out the Hōgyoku fragment and put it close to her chest.
As the Hōgyoku fragment neared Yuzuki's chest, a brilliant blue light suddenly erupted from it, enveloping her entire body. Kiyota stepped back, shielding his eyes from the intense glow. The light pulsed and swirled around Yuzuki, obscuring her form completely.
After a while, the light began to fade. As it dissipated, Kiyota's eyes widened in surprise. Where the Vasto Lorde had stood, there was now a lithe girl with pastel pink hair and striking grey eyes. She was even shorter than before, her skin smooth and flawless. And she was completely naked.
Kiyota quickly spun around, averting his gaze. "Oh, uh... hold on a second," he stammered, fumbling to access the system shop. He hastily purchased another set of Shinigami robes and, without looking, tossed them backwards towards Yuzuki.
"Here, put these on," he said, his voice slightly higher than usual.
There was a moment of silence, then Yuzuki's voice came, a hint of hurt. "Jinnie? Why aren't you looking at me?"
Kiyota swallowed hard, keeping his back turned. "It's... it's not proper. You need to put that on first."
"But..." Yuzuki's voice wavered, and Kiyota could hear the pout in her tone. "Do I... do I look ugly? Is that why you won't look at me?"
Kiyota's eyes widened in alarm. "No! No, that's not it at all!" he said quickly.
'Quite the opposite, actually.' Kiyota thought to himself.
"qUiTe tHe oPpOsItE, aCtUaLlY!" Siri said mocking Kiyota with an annoyed tone.
"You look... you look great. It's just... you're not dressed, and it's not polite to look at someone when they're... um... not clothed."
He heard a sniffle behind him and felt a pang of guilt. "Really?" Yuzuki asked, her voice small.
Kiyota sighed.
"Really." he affirmed.
There was a rustling of fabric, and after a few moments, Yuzuki spoke again. "Okay, I'm dressed now."
Kiyota turned around slowly, relief washing over him as he saw Yuzuki now in the black Shinigami robes. Her pink hair parted, and her grey eyes looked up at him.
"See?" Kiyota said. "You look great. How do you feel?"
Yuzuki's face lit up at the compliment, a light blush on her cheeks.
Kiyota nodded. "Excellent. Now let's see what your zanpakuto is."
Yuzuki's eyes widened in excitement. "I get a zanpakuto too?" she asked.
"Of course. Do the same thing those two did." Kiyota said, gesturing towards Kain and Luna who were still locked in combat.
Yuzuki walked over to the flat rocks and sat down, closed her eyes and took a deep breath, focusing on the hollow souls within her. Kiyota turned to face Luna and Kain's battle.
Kiyota's Sharingan eyes darted between Luna and Kain, analysing their movements with heightened perception. Both Arrancar were showing signs of tiredness, but Kain looked slightly more worn out.
'I can see his exhaustion clearly with the Sharingan,' Kiyota thought to himself. 'Luna's got the edge in stamina.'
Suddenly, Kain's face split into a wide grin. He started laughing crazily.
"You think you can beat me, princess?" Kain shouted, his voice echoing through the cave. "Well, you won't if I up the power!"
Kiyota's eyes widened as he felt a surge of spiritual pressure from Kain.
"Roar, Godfrey!" Kain yelled, his voice filled with wild excitement.
A storm of yellow-gold reiatsu exploded around Kain, obscuring him from view. When it cleared, Kain had transformed. Golden wings sprouted from his back, a lion-like mane of reiatsu flowed around his head, and a tail of pure energy lashed behind him.
'Shit, is that his Resurrección?' Kiyota thought, his heart racing.
'This is getting out of hand. I need to stop this.'
Without thinking, Kiyota bit into his arm, drawing blood. He began to form a cero, pouring almost all of his reiatsu into it. The reiatsu built up rapidly, far more than he had intended.
Luna, seeing Kain's transformation, braced himself for the attack. His face dark as he raised his zanpakuto.
"Regal Roar!" Kain bellowed, lunging forward with incredible speed.
Luna moved to meet him, his own blade pointed straight.
But just as they were about to clash, both Arrancar suddenly retreated, their instincts screaming danger.
A massive white beam, a gran rey cero as wide as the cave itself, erupted from in front of Kiyota. The energy was bright and tore through the very space between Luna and Kain. The cero continued for a while destroying everything, leaving a long circular hole.
Kiyota stood there, his arm still outstretched. Luna and Kain stared at him in shock.
"That's enough," Kiyota said, his voice weak but firm. "The fight's over."
