Chapter 33: Two giant vasto lorde

Back in Hueco mundo, Kiyota, Luna, and Kain made their way across the white desert, heading towards the cave where the two Vasto Lorde were. Kiyota's massive gillian form moved slowly, causing small tremors, while Luna and Kain easily kept walking beside him.
Kain, growing impatient, looked up at Kiyota.
"You know, you're quite slow. Luna and I could reach there first and take care of those Vasto Lorde for you."
Luna shot Kain a disapproving glare.
"Show some respect! Lord Jin is our leader. We move at his pace."
Kain burst into laughter.
"Oh, come on. Don't tell me you're not itching for a good fight too."
Luna's eye twitched in annoyance before he swiftly smacked Kain on the back of the head. "Shut your mouth, you battle-crazed fool!"
"Knock it off, both of you," Kiyota's booming voice echoed across the desert, silencing their bickering.
He then addressed Kain directly, "I appreciate your enthusiasm, Kain, but I'll be the one to deal the final blow. However..."
Kiyota paused, considering his next words carefully. He knew he needed to keep both of them engaged and satisfied. "You and Luna can fight the Vasto Lorde to your heart's content. Wear them down, test your skills against them. Just leave enough for me to finish off."
Kain's eyes lit up with excitement. "Now we're talking! You hear that, Luna? It's time to show off our skills."
Luna nodded, a small smile playing on his lips. "Indeed. We shall demonstrate our prowess in battle for Lord Jin."
'If I can kill those vasto lorde then I'll become an Adjuchas. I just hope these two don't get carried away and kill the Vasto Lorde before I can land the final blow.' Kiyota thought, looking at his subordinates.
After a while, Kiyota had arrived at the cave where the two vasto lorde were
'Finally, I've arrived. I'm getting quite tired of this.' Kiyota thought, his massive body moving through the desert.
"Now, Luna, Kain. Subdue them." Kiyota's voice was a low rumble.
"Yes, my lord." Luna said
Kain on the other hand was smiling and restless.
"Yeah can't wait. Let's go Luna!" Kain said, looking at the cave.
"Shut up you idiot." Luna said, "we need a plan."
Kain ignored Luna and dashed towards the cave that was a few hundred meters away.
"Damn you!" Luna said as he dashed after him.
'I swear, those two are going to kill each other. At this rate, I'll lose both of them before we even start the mission.' Kiyota thought.
As the two vasto lorde came out, they immediately noticed the two other vasto lorde.
"Ah, the weakling from earlier." One of the giants said,
"We told you that we would only work with someone stronger than us." The other giant said.
Luna and Kain stopped and looked up at the two giants.
"You told me that your Lord was extremely strong! Is this him?" The giant said, looking at Kain.
"Yes, it's true, I'm his Lord!" Kain said, laughing, while pointing a Luna.
"Look, even they realise I'm stronger. You won by fluke. Number one, my ass!" Kain said, still laughing.
"You're pissing me off, Kain." Luna said with an angry tone, looking at Kain.
Kain just laughed in response.
"So what? What are you gonna do about it? Complain to Kiyota?" Kain said.
"Both of you shut up. Now. If you won't attack them, then I will." Kiyota's deep voice echoed throughout the desert.
The two vasto lorde immediately started to panic, thinking that he was a third enemy.
"You've rejected my offer and refused to join me. So, I'm here to finish you off." Kiyota's booming voice said.
The two giants scoffed.
"Shut up, gillian." They both said simultaneously.
Kiyota had a wicked smile, knowing that their death was imminent. Kain dashed towards one of the giants and launched a heavy punch at him, catching him off guard.
Kain's strength were no match for the giant, who was unable to even dodge. Kain's fist smashed into the giant's side, sending him flying across the desert, hitting a rock formation.
"YOU DARE?!" The other giant said, as he tried to intervene, Luna stopped him with a swift kick.
"Not so fast." Luna said, as he unleashed a barrage of punches.
The giant barely managed to block all of them and was surprised by the speed of each blow.
"Who are you?! Where is your master? Tell me!" The giant said, dodging another one of Luna's attacks.
"Kain is not my master, we serve our lord, Jin." Luna said, as he threw a powerful punch.
"What the hell is wrong with you, are you all crazy or something?!" The giant said, taking a deep breath.
"You've rejected Lord Jin's proposal, and now you're going to die. That's it." Luna said, simply.
'He's insane, he actually serves that gillian? I'm going to die if I don't get help...' The giant thought.
"No matter, I'll just crush you and be done with it." The giant said, charging a Cero.
As he charged the Cero, Kain had already arrived beside him using sonido, and the giant noticed too late.
"Cero." Kain said, his voice menacing and low.
His cero, combined with the one that the giant had already started to fire, created a massive explosion. The giant, unable to withstand the force of the attack and was severely injured.
"He's mine, you bastard." Luna said in an annoyed tone.
Luna grabbed the giant and started smashing him into the ground repeatedly.
"You're annoying. Stop hoarding all the fun." Kain said, looking at Luna.
"You have your own vasto lorde to fight, you greedy bastard." Luna said.
"I think I hit him too hard, he's unconscious." Kain said, looking at the unconscious vasto lorde sprawled on the white sand.
"Fine whatever. We're done here anyway. Our mission was to subdue, not kill." Luna said, turning to look at Kiyota.
"C'mon Luna! I know you wanna kill em too." Kain said, laughing.
"Follow orders, Kain." Luna said, looking at him with a cold expression.
"Oh, fine. You're such a killjoy." Kain said, picking up the unconscious vasto lorde and dragging him.
"Hey, where are you taking him?" Luna asked.
"Isn't it obvious? Kiyota wanted to finish them off, so I'm dragging it to him" Kain said pointing and Kiyota who was watch from afar.
"Finally useful." Luna said, glaring at Kain.
"Luna, bring the other one." Kiyota's voice boomed, the shockwaves travelling far across the desert.
"Yes, my lord." Luna said as he started dragging the other vasto lorde.
Kiyota had a wicked smile, knowing that he was close to turning into an adhjchas.
"New quest issued." Siri chimed in.
