After a lot of back and forth and ignoring Ethan's pleading, I finally got him to leave my house and go home. I still didn't agree to date him after all that happened last night, but he still left in really good spirits and didn't press it too much. I guess nothing I could do or say would ever deter him from chasing me, especially now that I've given him permission. Ethan Swanson was truly a pleasant guy.
