Chapter 57: Chapter 57 (The 8 Days)
And the discussion hall was completely silent.
And Delta and Beta were weeping with heads down on the table, Rem was crying with hiding her eyes by her hands, Zeta and Rehi's tears came from their eyes, Acid was crying loudly with his head down on the table, and Epsilon looking sad and Eta looking up at the ceiling and thinking.
And a tear came from Eta's eyes.
"... 8 days?"
And everyone was calming each other and walking towards Zero's room to talk with him.
But Acid couldn't stop crying but Zeta was trying to calm him down and Rem was another crying, she was now regretting and feeling like whatever she said was wrong, and Rehi was trying to calm her down.
And everyone came to Zero's room and stopped in front of the opened door.
Alpha was asleep on sleeping Zero's laps.
And they all started becoming more emotional but Epsilon was controlling her emotions because she expected that this will only happen when the monster was sealed.
"Let's leave both of them, I want to ask about something with you all." Said Epsilon and started leaving.
And everyone with trying to control themselves and started leaving and following Epsilon.
"What he do today?" Asked Epsilon.
And traumatized Eta answered, "He will go with Alpha to hunt the last preys... To the one who started the apocalypse."
"Very well" Epsilon said, "Now stop crying and listen of me."
Alpha opened her eyes and saw that she was alone on Zero's bed, and she woke up with rubbing her eyes.
But suddenly she heard a melody from somewhere. It was a flute and she smiled and left the bed and started running towards the melodious music of flute.
And Zero was playing flute with a smile on the roof of the house of his team and everyone was there, smiling and hearing the flute.
And the sun started rising and everyone looked at the sunrise and Alpha came running with a smile.
And Alpha and Zero walking in the roads alone towards their final mission.
"Hey, Zero..."
Zero turned towards Alpha.
"What are you going to do when our work would have ended of today?"
And Zero started thinking... What will he do after the work is?
"... I haven't planned yet... But I will think." Replied Zero and Alpha smiled and said, "Will you like to spend the day with only me? Me and you?"
And Zero started thinking, thinking at different angles, and still thinking!
And Alpha became angry that why it's taking for Zero to decide and shouted, "Do you even want to spend a single second with me?!"
And Zero smiled with a sweat and said, "It's not like that, but when I am focusing on my today's plan, mission, then I could decide nothing about it."
"Just answer me already!!!"
"Fine!" Zero finally said yes and Alpha got a bright smile and hugged him and said, "Thanks!!!"
And Zero picked up Alpha who was confused that what's Zero doing and all of a sudden they were in a forest.
And Alpha was shocked.
"Is your power teleportation?!" Asked shocked Alpha and Zero landed her on the ground on her feet.
"No, it's my speed that we are here so soon."
And Alpha was shocked and Zero started walking.
And Alpha followed her and shockingly said, "This... This is your speed?! We just travelled 1.5 km in just a second! That's... That's insane..."
And Zero smiled and said, "Thanks for your compliment."
"By the way... What's your power?" Asked Alpha.
"Possession"
And Alpha was shocked with widened eyes and red cheeks, "It's also of mine!"
And Zero was surprised... But now it was making sense that the fallen stone 3 months ago in the ocean that why Alpha was all the time recieving it.
And Zero smiled and said, "I see"
And Zero and Alpha reached to the shrine between the huge forest and hide themselves behind the trees and bushes, waiting for the prey.
"Really? Apocalypse was under control of you? Then why did you even started?"
And Alpha and Zero got a crazy smile, their prey is coming on their own.
"I didn't expected that by just touching the stone the next day all the insects and other animals will become monsters. But when System came, I thought that... I can make Alpha mine."
"But Zero is the damn strongest! I don't know why, and there's another, Aize. Why we don't deserve Alpha?"
"Shut your mouths... We can do nothing about it. But as you have said, if we activated the stone, then more monsters will appear and Zero will at least hire us. So be silent and do for what we have came."
And Zero and Alpha couldn't stop smiling creepily, the culprit has came with two guards?
And the three, unaware preys came in front of the shrine and they were... Zi, Iz and Mistress.
Zi turned and said, "Now we will need to find the stone."
But... Iz and Mistress were completely looking like a statue and suddenly... They were cut into thousands of pieces in a second.
And Zi was shocked--
"Yo, what's up... The Apocalypse beginner..."
And Zi turned with being shocked and saw, Alpha and Zero with holding their swords.
Versil shouted, "Alpha! I haven't been used from months! Will you even use me or not?!"
And Alpha smiled with a sweat... Versil is starving for hunt and Zero was looking at it suspiciously.
And Zero took his sword towards Alpha and said, "Alpha, possess my sword with your Versil."
And Alpha was shocked and Versil was more shocked that... Why is Vampire Knight with her?!
And Zi was trying to secretly leave and came to the forest but suddenly stopped and became stunned... His head apart from his body in a second.
"What?! What about your sword?!" Asked shocked Alpha.
And Versil was confused... What's happening?!
"Your sword has a soul," Zero handed his sword and said, "But mine is just normal. If she emerges with mine, she will get the powers of nullify and I guess one more thing will happen about which I am not sure."
"Are you serious?"
"She will become a doctor."
And Alpha and Versil were shocked by hearing it... Doctor?
"Believe in me," Zero said, "She will also stop starving for hunting and cutting heads."
And... Alpha took his sword and Versil was shocked... Alpha is really going to do that?! She is going to do an experiment on her?!
"Nooooooo!!!!!!" Shouted Versil.
