Chapter 67: New Aren

Hours had passed, yet Aren was still trapped in the ice. Small cracks had started to form, but the situation remained unchanged. Ever since Ryo left the area, no one was allowed to enter. "No one is to step foot here," they had said. The reason? Tiny specks of light were scattered across the ground, and these could potentially harm anyone who came too close.

Aren remained encased in ice for days. It had been exactly seven days since he left the mansion. On that day, the ice finally shattered and broke apart. Aren emerged from the frozen prison and collapsed to the ground. His face was twisted into a mask of pure rage.

What's more, he was no longer in human form. He had four arms and four eyes, and his consciousness had completely shifted into predator mode. He had returned to his true form: Emperor Tarantula.

Clenching his teeth, Aren muttered, "I'll tear you apart… White Man and Ghost Woman. Both of you."
