"I am sure you've never been to the left wing of the Obsidian Tower," Jules commented as she pressed the button on the elevator, sliding the shiny metallic doors closed.
"I didn't even know I was on the right wing, to be honest," I replied quietly.
She chuckled lightly, her eyes glinting. "Well, then I'll have to warn you—it has a lot more foot traffic. It can even be crowded at times," she informed me.
I felt my stomach drop to my feet. The thought of walking in the midst of more than three Lycans at a time made me want to run. "Oh, is that right?" I tried to sound casual, but the tremor in my voice betrayed me.
