Chapter 45: Lovers reunion

The sound of paper flipping echoed nonstop within the car. Keira busied herself with reading the script. The erratic beating in her chest took longer to calm down than she had expected.

It had been more than half an hour since they left the shooting location, but the burn on her left cheek remained.

Why am I like this over a kiss on the cheek?

She couldn't understand what she was reviewing on the paper. The script for today's scenes failed to register in her mind.

"You seem nervous," Rita commented after watching the girl aimlessly flip from one page to another. "Are you bothered by the kissing scene?"

Kissing scene?

Keira looked down at her script, confirming that her character would be sharing a heated kiss with the Crown Prince.

"A little…"

"Are you having trouble imagining what an angry kiss is like?" Gina's ears perked at the word 'angry kiss,' her hands covered her mouth, nearly squealing with excitement.
