Before Abigail excused herself to end the call, Andy Bennet spoke again.

"Ms. Snow, I'll call you in a couple of days to discuss our next project." His voice suddenly sounded worried. "I hope you won't ask me to forget that too."

"Of course, I won't do that, sir. I will help you with the project. Besides, I also need that project. So, I can guarantee I won't refuse," she answered sincerely.

Abigail would not turn away anyone who wanted her to design their house or building. She would gladly accept the work because she needed money to live and pay for her grandma's nursing home.

However, if she had to apply for a job at another company, she wouldn't do that anytime soon. She was willing to wait patiently for Ryland's downfall before making a new plan for her future career.

"I'm glad to hear that, Ms. Snow," Andy Bennet said. "My team and I can't wait to collaborate with you again."
