There are various records on how to kill a vampire. One of the most famous would be, The sunlight. Others were holy water, a stake through the heart or probably, a garlic would do (Though some sources were known that it repeals.)

Now, hurting a Vampire Lord, was more like digging a grave to be fitted in. This, was the exact thing Belladonna did. She had stabbed Valitis neck, with the hairpin, the Bevy leader had warned her not to lose. And without any other thoughts in her mind, she had done this without a second option.

Valitis moved backwards, and pulled the pin out, with enough force, as she had given him a stab, deeper than the average.

His healing ability had always been decent, but now, she had provoked him well enough for it to heal faster.

His emerald green eyes were blinded by rage, and the poor Belladonna knew exactly how wrong she had done.
