Chapter 13: Spiritual Totem

[In the blink of an eye, Harry ignored everyone around him and ran to grab the cat that Professor McGonagall had transformed. First, he examined the animal's physical composition, realizing that it was indeed made of flesh and bone.]

[Upon touching certain parts, the cat looked at him with displeasure and tried to scratch him, but unsuccessfully. This indicated that it was sensitive to touch. When Harry applied some fire magic to his hands, he noticed a subtle expression of discomfort on the cat's face.]

[Now, there was no more doubt: the cat was truly alive. Even having been transformed from a table, it still retained its consciousness.]

[Harry looked at Professor McGonagall in disbelief. This woman, whom he dared to call his older sister, was capable of creating life... or even souls? Harry couldn't comprehend how this was possible, but he was deeply impressed, hardly able to restrain himself from asking in haste.]

["Professor McGonagall, how did you make this cat come to life? Did you create a soul for it? Or did you transfer the soul of a dead cat into this body...?"]

[The questions flowed nonstop, and Professor McGonagall was surprised by Harry's relentless curiosity. Why did it seem like he had already reached the limit of transforming living beings even though he wasn't even a first-year student? Not wanting to discourage him, she evasively responded.]

["Enough, Mr. Potter. You still have much to learn before asking such questions. This type of advanced transfiguration is only taught in the fourth year. But, of course... if you excel in Transfiguration, you might learn it earlier."]

[Harry quickly calmed down. He knew this was true. Despite having extensive knowledge about the modern world, who could say if it would be useful in the practice of wizardry? So, by reading more books and expanding his knowledge, he could come back to ask questions like these.]

[After some conversations with the Dursleys, and due to the trust they had in Harry, it was decided that he would go alone with Professor McGonagall to Diagon Alley.]

[When the topic of buying school supplies was mentioned, Petunia promptly asked about the approximate cost. Since it was for her nephew, she didn't mind spending whatever was necessary. But Professor McGonagall just smiled.]

["There's no need. Pounds can be exchanged for galleons, but in limited amounts. Harry's parents left a significant sum of galleons for his future."]

[After bidding farewell to the Dursleys, Professor McGonagall led Harry to a hidden alley. He couldn't help but cast a strange glance at the professor. Damn, when they said boys needed to be careful on the streets, it didn't seem like a joke.]

[How had Professor McGonagall not noticed what the bold boy was thinking? She placed a hand on his shoulder with a gentle yet threatening smile and said softly.]

["Mr. Potter, I'm afraid you might feel a bit queasy, but it will be quick."]

[Before Harry could grasp what she meant, he felt himself being forcefully pulled into a narrow tunnel. The air around him seemed to disappear, compressing his skin and stomach as his vision blurred.]

[The sounds around him were muffled, and he felt as though he was being squeezed from all sides. It was as if his body was being pulled from its place, but before the discomfort could intensify, everything suddenly stopped. They apparated in front of the Leaky Cauldron.]

[Professor McGonagall looked at Harry with a mischievous smile, waiting to see some funny reaction from the boy. Hmph, let's see if you dare to joke in the future. However, she was shocked when Harry merely shook his head a few times and began to carefully observe his surroundings.]

["Spatial magic... It is truly the legendary power of space, second only to time. I didn't expect wizards to have already reached this level. Professor McGonagall, what is the name of this magic?"]

[Professor McGonagall could never have imagined that Harry's body, strengthened over the years by the [magical training method], had nearly reached the peak of human capacity. When they said Harry was not inferior to an adult, it was no exaggeration.]

[At just 11 years old, he was already stronger than the strongest man in the world. For the current Harry, this sensation felt like a slightly stronger breeze. Professor McGonagall coughed to hide her embarrassment and led Harry into the Leaky Cauldron.]

["The name of this spell is Apparition, but don't think about that right now. For inexperienced wizards, the slightest mistake can make you lose an arm during the journey. Don't try to practice it in secret or... hmpf, see how I'll handle you!"]

[As they approached the Leaky Cauldron, Harry noticed that other people ignored the place, subconsciously avoiding it. Before he could ask, Professor McGonagall, anticipating his question, promptly answered.]

["This is a spell to repel muggles. It hides certain places from the sight and perception of Muggles, preventing them from entering."]

[With the professor's explanation, Harry entered the Leaky Cauldron and noticed that the place was full of wizards, all dressed in attire reminiscent of the Middle Ages.]

[At the bar, Tom spotted Professor McGonagall accompanied by a boy who exuded impressive nobility and promptly offered a butterbeer, which she declined, pointing to the boy at her side.]

["I am accompanying Mr. Potter to buy his school supplies."]

[It was as if a switch had been flipped, and the bar became so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. Then, suddenly, a commotion began, and everyone crowded around Harry, greeting him in every possible way. Some beautiful older women even touched him brazenly in nearly every place.]

[With Professor McGonagall's help, he managed to reach the back of the Leaky Cauldron, his face covered in lipstick marks and his clothes wrinkled. The professor laughed and assisted him with a cleaning spell, straightening his garments. Harry couldn't help but ask.]

["Professor, why did they get so excited when they saw me? I don't think I have any connection with them."]

[Upon hearing the question, Professor McGonagall hesitated but shared a bit about the story of the "Savior of the Wizarding World" and his battle with the Dark Lord. After hearing this, Harry's expression turned strange. He defeated the most evil wizard of the time when he couldn't even speak? Who would believe something so absurd?]

[However, upon reflection, Harry realized that the body of the mysterious man was never found. How could he have killed someone without that confirmation? At most, he had gravely injured him.]

[Even so, Harry was considered a savior by all. There was only one explanation: someone was using him as a spiritual totem, announcing that the Dark Lord had fallen, the dark times had ended, and forcing dark wizards to retreat into the shadows.]
