"No seriously, what the hell was that?" I asked Jasper, confused.

"That's the reason you shouldn't roam the hallways here right now. The reason why only a select few Alphas are allowed in the house, and the reason why you will die if you ever speak of it again." Jasper said sternly.

The dining room still had a strong lingering scent of strawberry champagne. My heart rate was through the roof, and it felt like the room was spinning. I couldn't understand why no one else was freaking out like I was, but upon closer inspection I could see Jasper, Payhne, and Raihne breathing heavy and trying to control themselves.

"Seriously, how can his mates be this careless and useless. I seriously don't get it..." Kaleb grumbled.

I was beginning to understand what he meant and agree with him, until Delcain cut my thoughts short.
