As I walked past the Alphas they looked wounded- especially Ferdinand- but they were too excited about today, and I only had to pee. I walked down the narrow hall and in fact saw two doors at the end for the women and men bathrooms.
It was crazy that even the bathroom was large and luxurious. Everything looked like it sparkled and glistened in the incandescent lights. I used a urinal and then proceeded to wash my hands. I heard the door open again and assumed it was one of the guys not listening to me, until I heard a voice come from behind me that I didn't recognize.
"If you're lying I'm going to hit you, I've got work to do." Someone said.
"I'm not! See I told you! He's way more beautiful than any woman I've ever seen." Replied a voice that was familiar but also not.
I looked up through the mirror and locked eyes with our male server from before. He had brought a cohort with him too, a cook from the look of things. They were both looking at me with eyes of a predator. I couldn't believe my unfortunate luck.
"Are you an Omega?" The cook asked.
"Why does that matter? I need to go now and you're in the way." I replied, turning around and eying the distance between me and the door.
"Just answer the question and you can leave." The server said.
"I don't see how that's relevant. If you saw the party I came with then you'll know that this is a bad idea. One that you might not make it out of alive. Can you fend off four attackers?" I asked, trying to buy time. I knew that if I took too long the guys would come for sure, regardless of what I told them.
"Who cares? They're not here now, and if they let a pretty thing like you come here all alone they can't care about you that much." The cook retorted.
"I have to go." I said, walking past them.
Dumb and dumber were not the best listeners or critical thinkers. I walked past them and grabbed the handle of the door, however one of them also grabbed me by my hair at the same time yanking me backwards. Due to my hands still being wet from washing them, they slipped right off the door handle, and I crashed right into my assailant's chest.
"Mmm yeah, your definitely an Omega. You smell fucking amazing." The man said licking my face immediately.
"How fucking rare is it to stumble on a male Omega, lead alone one so damn beautiful? I've never seen anything like him, not even in books!" The server replied.
I elbowed the man gripping my hair in the stomach, and then slapped him across the face. This wasn't my work place, so I was free to fight back as much as I wanted.
"I'm only going to say this once fellas, let go of me and forget you ever saw me. You will come to regret ignoring my warning." I said, angry. It pissed me off that these guys treated me like an object, worse still was that this asshole had a monstrous grip on my hair.
"Aww he's trying to appear threatening, but he's just too damn pretty for that." The server said, grabbing me by the neck.
My next target was set. I stepped on his foot and then shot my knee into his groin. He toppled over in pain and I rounded on the other man, my elbow connecting with his chin. He let go of my hair, stunned by the attack and I saw my chance to flee. I took a deep breath and opened the door prepared to scream, when a hand wrapped around my throat, and slammed me to the ground. The air left my lungs in an instant and my vision wavered.
"Stupid slut doesn't know his place. Who the hell are you to order two Alphas around?" The cook said, once again grabbing me by my hair. I couldn't get enough air in my lungs as I coughed hard trying to get back up.
"Let. Go. Of. Me!" I said tears brimming in my eyes.
"I'll show you how your supposed to act around an Alpha." The cook said, dragging me towards the stalls.
"Hngh! Ugh!"
He pulled me up from the ground by my hair putting me at eye level with him. I took the opportunity to spit in his face, and aimed for his groin as well with my knee. He stopped my knee with one hand while he released my hair to grab my throat.
"AH!"
He slammed me against the wall of the stall and the wounds on my back made their presence known all at once. The pain was so excruciating that I couldn't help but scream. The server limped over in a huff and grabbed my crotch as he sneered, "I was going to go easy on you but you had to be a whore playing hard to get. I hope you know how much I'm going to enjoy this now."
I seized the opportunity to spit in his face as well. These assholes could go to hell. However the server punched me in the gut forcing the air out of my lungs.
"Ngh!"
The cook successfully dragged me into the stall and slammed my face against the wall hard. My vision flickered and my movements slowed. I felt a warm trickle run down my face, I was bleeding from somewhere.
"Ah! STOP! GET. OFF. ME!"
The man pressed my head against the stall wall, as he pressed down hard on the middle of my back. He unbuttoned my pants and slid his other hand down into my pants gripping my ass hard. The pain was blinding, I couldn't stop the tears from falling. The pain was becoming too much, from the old wounds to the new, my body was throbbing and I was loosing consciousness.
He moved over as the server walked into the stall as well and sandwiched himself between me and the stall wall. He slid my pants down to my ankles and openly groped me while trying to kiss me.
"Mmm you really do smell amazing, almost too good to be real. Don't you want to play with us?" He asked. An earthy nutty smell assaulted my nose, he didn't smell good at all. Like peanut butter with mud in it.
The other guy ran his hands up my chest, he pinched my nipples while sticking his tongue in my ear. Another pungent smell assaulted my nose, that of a wet animal and lavender. It was awful, I wanted to hold my breath but I also needed to scream. I took in as much air as I could for one last attempt at escaping.
"FERDINAND! BELLAMY! COLE! SYLVE-" My words were cut off as the server covered my mouth and held my face in a strong grip. The cook sliding down my boxer-breifs stilled.
"Did he say Ferdinand? W-Wait a minute, what party did he come in with? Do you know who they are?!" The cook said almost panicking.
"Who cares? It's not a big deal! Every Alpha that comes here is some rich guys bastard kids."
"No, no, no! It's a major big dea-" his words died in his throat, and they both tensed up at the rich heady scent of leather and vanilla. I let out a small sigh of relief.
"Haa... Ferdinand..." I groaned.
"Your right, it's a very big deal. One you probably won't live to talk about." Ferdinand's deep commanding voice rumbled through the room.
"Tristan! Are you okay?" Cole said from somewhere behind me.
"I'm going to say this once release him, now. Or you'll never use your hands again." Ferdinand said his pheromones stronger than ever before. In a weird way it was comforting, I wanted to breathe it in for hours.
When they both released me and stepped back I leaned a hand against the stall and slumped to the ground. Everything hurt, my head was pounding, my back was aching, and my legs wouldn't move anymore. I looked up at Ferdinand, tears streaming down my face.
"Ugh... too long... help me..." I groaned leaning against the stall.
"Sylvester go get Bellamy. Cole help Tristan."
I was confused why Ferdinand wouldn't help me but I realized, he hadn't taken his eyes off my two assailants and his eyes were positively glowing gold. He was unmistakably pissed off, and for the first time since meeting him I was truly terrified of the man before me. He gave off the energy of a man who kills people without blinking.
"Ah! Tristan!? You stupid bastards! What did you do to him?! He's bleeding!" Cole shouted looking at my face while he pulled me into his arms.
"Cole, don't worry about them. Help Tristan out of here, he can't move." Ferdinand said. His voice was calm but his eyes and pheromones were telling a much different story.
Cole helped me to my feet and pulled my pants up. After buttoning them back up, Bellamy and Sylvester came into the bathroom as well. Bellamy's eyes widened at the sight of me.
"He's bleeding?! What the hell happened?!" He exclaimed.
A strong smokey smell assaulted my nose and body. I turned to see Sylvester's eyes going nearly white, as he ground his teeth while clenching his jaw.
"Bellamy, Cole, take Tristan out of here. Sylvester-"
"You don't even have to say it. I'm pissed the fuck off." Sylvester said cutting Ferdinand off.
Bellamy picked me up and Cole wet some paper towels wiping the blood from my face. Then Bellamy carried me out of the restaurant and into the limo. He laid me down on the seat and sat by my head. I pulled myself up to his lap and laid my head there.
"I'm sorry... I ruined the date... I should have let you... take me there..." I said sobbing.
"It's not your fault. None of this is your fault. What's the world coming to when you can't even take a piss in peace?" Bellamy said, stroking my hair.
"The food... it was amazing... the cake was... so damn good... ugh my head hurts..." I groaned out crying.
"I'm sorry. I don't have anything on me for the pain." Bellamy said, inspecting my head for where the blood was coming from.
"Cole?" I said.
"I'm right here, what's up? What do you need?" He asked.
"In my bag... left end pouch... There's a jar of antibacterial ointment... will you... put it on... my back?" I asked.
"Yes of course, anything." Cole said immediately looking for the jar.
I looked up at Bellamy, he had a pained look on his face. Like he felt personally responsible for what happened and felt guilty about it.
"Bellamy?"
"Yes? What is it sweetheart?" He said wiping the tears off my cheek.
"Will you... take my shirts off... for Cole?" I asked.
He gave a lopsided grin as he said, "I have many jokes I can make about the unreasonable request you've made of me, but they can wait I suppose."
He undid the buttons on my vest and then my shirt. After taking off my shirt both Cole and Bellamy sucked in a sharp breath.
"I'm going to have to go get you some paper towels, some of them have reopened and you are bleeding." Bellamy said.
He then opened the door and stepped out. Cole took his place as my pillow, his hands shook as they ran through my hair.
"I won't lie or sugar coat it, looking at your full back, makes me want to go kill your manager right now. I had no idea that all Omegas were forced to sell themselves. I just stupidly assumed that, Omegas were seductive by nature so they naturally didn't have a problem with getting paid for sexual favors. They are almost always the one to ask for or initiate it." Cole said, apologetically.
"I suspect the owners don't know too much about it at most places, the managers are the ones to mostly deal with the employees on a daily basis and are almost always Alphas. The owner of Vixen's is a woman and was very kind to me. I can't imagine she gave Barthélemy permission to vet employees by whether or not they could suck his cock well. There's no way she would have hired me if that were the case, or my brother for that matter." I said taking in a deep breath of Cole's calming rainforest smell, as I curled up to him.
"That's just crazy... where's the fun in that? It's unreal, that's no less than screwing an unconscious body." He said.
The door to the vehicle opened up and the strong smokey scent mixed with leather and vanilla hit my nose first. I didn't turn around to see either one of them, I didn't have to. Ferdinand scooped me up immediately and then sat back down leaning my head against him.
"Idiots..." I heard Bellamy mutter as he climbed back into the limo.
He placed a long strip of a wet paper towel over my back as Ferdinand held me. My body trembled against the pain.
"This one's going to hurt more. I have to dry your back now. Okay Tristan?" Bellamy asked. I nodded my head and grabbed Ferdinand's shirt tightly.
"Hngh! Ugh!"
The rough scratchy texture of the paper towel, was excruciating. I shut my eyes tightly as he dabbed at my back, my body trembled harder.
"Okay... Okay... Stop... it really hurts now." I said panting hard into Ferdinand's chest.
"Cole you can do as he asked now, the bleeding has mostly stopped." Bellamy said taking a seat to my right.
Ferdinand repositioned me into a straddling position while Cole got to work putting the ointment on my back. His gentle shaky hand was so comforting I almost couldn't help but laugh.
Ferdinand's pheromones were strong still, and being this close to him was calming but also arousing as hell.
"Ferdinand... please calm down..." I said, this time squeezing him in a tight hug instead of his shirt.
His pheromones immediately calmed, however they were quickly replaced by the smokey mesquite scent.
"You too Sylvester... calm down... I may be a Dominant Omega, but in my current weakened state your strong pheromones could induce my heat. I won't forgive any of you a second time." I said putting my foot down.
I was glad they saved me, and glad they were mad on my behalf, but their anger was about to drive me up the wall.
"I've been meaning to ask you something Tristan... I've met my fair share of Omegas, obviously, but I've never forcefully brought on their heat from just my pheromones before. Is such a thing possible? Why is it that you have such a trait?" Bellamy asked.
I flinched and tensed up. I shouldn't have said anything at all, but I had to because it was true. However there was no lie I could tell that would make sense.
"Yeah, come to think of it I've never gotten an erection from just smelling an Omega too deeply either. You're like a rare species of Omega. Haha not that I hate it or anything, it's just different." Sylvester added.
I racked my brain for something to say but there really wasn't much I could say that wouldn't catch me in a lie later. So I opted for another half truth.
"Mmm... it's a secret. I can only tell you when I completely trust you. Otherwise, you could get some people killed without meaning to." I said.
They all stilled instantly. Cole's fingers putting on the ointment, Sylvester's laughter, Bellamy's hand in my hair, and Ferdinand's pheromones, everything stopped.
"A secret? You know I may have put a few things together from the information I know so far. If I'm right then you and your siblings make even more sense now. But if that is the case..." Bellamy said trailing off.
"C'mon Bellamy don't keep it to yourself. Spit it out..." Cole said.
"Didn't you hear him say people could die Mr. Parliament Brat. I would never do that to him. You'll have to use your brain on your own." Bellamy said before stroking my head again.
"Hmm... Tristan has secrets? I think I like you even more now. You're so honest all the time, so I never thought I'd have any problem getting to know you... well I look forward to you trusting me one day." Sylvester said kissing my shoulder.
"Well what do we do now? We can't force him to go on more dates right now..." Cole said.
Ferdinand tensed up at the implication and groaned deep. Then he lifted my chin so I could look at him. His eyes weren't glowing anymore, but he looked worried and defeated.
"If I asked you to quit your job would you do it?" Ferdinand asked.
I could only stare in shock. That was not what I imagined he would say. I didn't even know how to respond. I just stared at him, eyes wide mouth agape.
"Why are you so surprised?" Ferdinand asked looking a bit playful now.
"What your implying... has some serious connotations to it... if I quit Delcain would lose his job too. If I'm to be honest my body looks like this because that was the price I had to pay in order for him to keep that job... You're offering more than just money aren't you? I'm a bit slow, I admit it but I'm not that slow..." I said looking confused.
"Yes. Money is no problem for me, but I also want you to be comfortable... I want you to stay with me." He replied kissing me on the lips.
"Um Ferdinand... if my hypothesis is correct about him, you'll need to take his siblings too... and something tells me he'd need to tell you everything before then... it's not that simple..." Bellamy said eyes full of concern.
"I have no qualms taking his siblings in too. You saw them today, there's no way I'd ever make them separate. My house has plenty of space. Also you should know Tristan, there is no secret you have that I value more than your life. If you want to keep it and take it to the grave that's fine... I'll still protect you and your siblings all the same... You're that important to me." Ferdinand said looking completely serious.
"Why? Why are you going so far for me?" I asked perplexed.
It didn't make sense. He barely knew me, and I definitely didn't know him. We never got to go on our date for me to ask him... and speaking of which, I don't even know what he does for a living. How many people live in his home? Where is his home? Would my siblings even agree in the first place?
"From the moment I saw you, I knew I could never be satisfied with anyone else. I'm perfectly content with just being near you, though touching you is much better. Just like now I could hold you all day and never get tired of it. So if you'll have me, I'd like the chance to take care of you. No one here will object, since they too want to take care of you." Ferdinand said rubbing my cheek before kissing me again.
"Do you all live together or something?" I asked confused as to why no one had a problem with me living with Ferdinand.
"No but we basically all live on the same street, though I can't say I'll be welcomed warmly at your house though. Your men would no doubt try to take me out..." Sylvester replied trailing off. I looked up at Ferdinand searching.
"Um... Ferdinand? What do you... do for a living?" I asked scared... Sylvester said he had men, he was the only one among the four that looked like he didn't exactly work a blue collar job.
"Hmm... well the short answer is I own hotels and casino's... the long answer... you might not like..." Ferdinand said looking away shyly.
"Now, now Ferdi, you must be completely honest with him, if you expect him to trust you." Bellamy said nudging his arm.
Ferdinand shot him a murderous glare before he faced me again. The look in his eyes said he really didn't want to tell me.
"Hahaha. You're acting like your in a gang or you're a mafia boss or something. What is this, a movie?! Hahaha!" I laughed uncontrollably.
My laughter died as everyone else looked at me like I was a sad creature to be pitied. My jaw slowly dropped and I jumped off his lap startling Cole who was putting the ointment jar back in my bag.
"No way... that kind of shit doesn't happen in real life! And you Sylvester? What do you do for a living!?" I yelled pointing at him.
"Mmm... rival gang leader to Ferdinand's gang..." He replied looking away. I could only stare in open mouth shock.
"So how do two rival gang leaders, a pharmaceutical company owner, and a parliament cabinets son even know each other to get along this well?" I asked completely taken aback.
"We grew up together, went to the same schools all our life. We just had different paths we wanted to take. We say rival gangs but he's one of my best friends, we don't actually fight... though his men don't feel the same way..." Sylvester said.
"Just trust that we would all do everything we can to ensure your safety, and also that you can trust us. We are clearly not hurting for money if you know what I mean." Bellamy said, giving me a knowing smile.
"How many Alphas do you live with?" I asked Ferdinand.
"Well a majority of my men are betas, but my right hand man and 2nd lieutenant are Alphas... Why?" Ferdinand asked.
"You want to take in 5 Omega children with other Alphas around, so I wanted to know the danger I might be putting my siblings in so... what? What's wrong?" I asked.
Now it was their turn to stare at me in open mouth shock. Bellamy just stared at me, amber-orange eyes full of interest while smiling, but everyone else looked terrified.
"So wait let me get this straight..." Cole began.
"You and all your siblings are Omegas?!" Sylvester finished.
"Makes sense why you're all so close... and I think I too figured something out about you." Ferdinand added.
Ferdinand picked up a tiny remote hit a down arrow key, and the glass partition lowered revealing the driver.
"Are we going to the next destination sirs?" He asked politely.
"No. Change of plans, take us to the Golden Lion." Ferdinand replied.
"As you wish." The driver dutifully nodded, and started the limo.
Ferdinand raised the partition again and turned to look at me.
"I have things I'd like to talk to you about, since I have no doubt Bellamy came to the same conclusion I will include him. I'll let you tell Cole and Sylvester when you're ready. Though if Sylvester used the head on his shoulders instead of the one in his pants he would no doubt figure it out too." Ferdinand said.
Ferdinand helped me put my salmon colored button up shirt back on, only doing a few buttons, he put my coat and vest back in the duffel bag. He then pulled me back into his lap draping his coat over me.
We pulled up to our destination in no time at all. It was like all the places they had planned to take me were relatively close to each other. Ferdinand didn't wait for the driver to announce our arrival before he started barking out orders.
"Sylvester carry the bag, Cole go to the pharmacy and get what we need. Bellamy you're with me." He said.
Everyone fell in line immediately doing as he said. I was still trying to process everything that had been previously discussed when Ferdinand carried me out of the limo. My thoughts died the moment I saw the enormous impending building we were heading to. It had a multitude of windows and was ridiculously bright considering the sun had yet to start to go down.
"What is this place?!" I asked still looking up at it.
"It's a hotel casino that I own." Ferdinand said proudly.
I looked at him eyes wide. This place was insane. As we walked inside my ears were assaulted by the loud booming voices, bells, buzzers, and chimes. While my eyes were assaulted by all the flashing lights. I turned my head into Ferdinand's chest trying to block it out. My head was pounding and it only intensified coming into the building.
Sylvester, Bellamy, and Ferdinand walked to an elevator and pressed the call button. Ferdinand covered me more with his coat whispering, "Sorry, just a little bit longer love."
The elevator chimed and we all stepped inside, I let out a sigh of relief when the doors closed, sealing off the abrasive sounds. Bellamy slid a card into a slot above the buttons on the elevator and it began an automatic accent to an unknown floor. The ride up was quiet but not suffocating or awkward. It seemed everyone was just as impatient trying to get to our destination.
After what felt like too long, the elevator finally chimed again the doors sliding open to reveal a massive living room with a wall to wall window that looked down on the city. The cream and rose colored furniture popping out against the obsidian marble flooring. Off to the right was a large kitchen area with a 7 seater bar counter. There was an all white piano to the left of the window and two hallways on each side of the living room.
"What is this place?" I asked flabbergasted.
"Think of it as my second home." Ferdinand said taking me down the right wing hallway, to the second room on the left.
It was a fairly large bedroom with a huge circular bed in the middle of the room. I could clearly see where the bathroom was, due to the wall being made completely out of glass. Ferdinand sat me on the bed, while Sylvester put my bag on top of a dresser. Bellamy sat in a large chair, and Ferdinand headed back out from where we came.
"We didn't get to have our date, but I'll be around if you need me. I'm going to get a drink." Sylvester said giving me a kiss and then headed out.
"Hey Tristan let me ask you something before they come back is that okay?" Bellamy asked staring inquisitively at me.
I laid down on the bed on my side facing him and nodded.
"Were you born in Delgaide?" He asked.
My eyes widened and I nodded slowly. He really had seemed to put all the pieces together.
"Shiit I thought that place was a fucking lie. That's so inhumane, not to mention illegal. Haa... but the shipments make sense now, here I thought I had just been lucky... that's bad for business... but the repercussions on both ends are no laughing matter..." Bellamy began rambling to himself seemingly lost in thought.
I curled up on the bed drowning out his nonsense and closing my eyes, I didn't understand him anyways. The real problem was what choice I should make about the future for my siblings.
Delcain and I had long since realized we couldn't let them grow up to sell themselves but it was looking like that was the only future they were going to have. I didn't mind taking care of them forever, but it was only easy to do now since they were little.
The older they got the more they would want to go outside and see things for themselves, or live their own lives. What if they ended up wanting to find love or sell themselves? Who would I be to stop them? As long as they were happy I was happy, right?
Suddenly my thoughts were cut off by a hand on my face, startled I opened my eyes to see Ferdinand staring down at me.
"Ready to have that talk now?" He asked me with a serious look on his face.
I sat up a bit and looked around. Bellamy was sitting on the other side of me now, also looking at me with serious eyes.
"Where's Cole and Sylvester?" I asked.
"I asked them to stay in the living room. This is a pretty big secret you're keeping right? I only want to discuss it because I more or less know the answer but not the story. I want to know more so I'm better equipped to protect and take care of you." He replied putting my head in his lap.
"...okay..." I said.
"First question, were you born in Delgaide? Were your siblings?" Ferdinand asked.
"...Yes." I answered, there was no use hiding that information since Bellamy had already asked.
"Your siblings they weren't born from the same mother were they?" Bellamy asked.
"...No. We all have different mothers and our fathers are unknown." I said looking away.
"When we met you said your father sold your mother, and that he killed her. Who was it that you were referring to if not your actual father?" Ferdinand asked.
"The director of the institute we were made in. He made us all call him father, and made sure to educate us in the ways of being a subservient Omega to any and all Alphas."
"Educate you how?" Bellamy asked looking irritated.
"How do you think?" I asked sarcastically.
"Did he make you do things like that?" Ferdinand asked his pheromones getting stronger.
"No... usually when we came of age is when he would personally educate us. Before then our mother's would do the basics and he would ensure we remained 'pure' in all things. I was a different story all together."
"Different how?" Bellamy asked.
"I was the first special male Omega they made. So they had planned to make me bare children like my mother. When my mother told me that, I started planning my escape. I failed multiple times, after my last failed attempt they killed my mother. Injecting her with a poison instead of a suppressant. She died slowly in my arms, to teach me a lesson. She saved money for me and gave me crucial advice as she lay dying in my arms. She was amazing, and beautiful. Always smiling even when she was in pain. After that, I planned my final escape with Delcain. We promised Arrisa's and Sable's mother we wouldn't let them end up like them. Delcain and Kaleb are the only ones who's mothers were alive when we ran. I can't say that's the case now, but we don't talk about it much." I said tearing up at the thought of our past.
"Are you the only one of your siblings who can go into forced heat with strong Alpha pheromones? Is that what makes you 'special'?" Bellamy asked.
"No every Omega born and made in that institution has the predisposition to have their heat triggered at any time with strong enough pheromones. It was a sort of insurance plan they used. So that it didn't matter when we were sold, we would be ready to service our new owner anytime. What makes me particularly special is that even after I came of age I had never been sexually active, because my eggs were different. I would only be able to give birth to Alphas or Omegas. The stronger the Alpha genes the higher the probability of me birthing an Alpha." I replied.
"You were never allowed to leave? How many Omegas lived in the institution with you?" Ferdinand asked.
"We are given no knowledge of the outside world, to insure complete obedience and dependency. If you grow up thinking any Alpha could make you go into heat and screw you no matter where you are, you're less likely to run. Even more so when you watch your mother leave for the weekend and come back bruised, bitten, and emaciated.... They sectioned us off so I couldn't give you an exact number, but in my unit alone there were over 150 Omega children. Maybe 50 Omega mothers. There were 4 units all together so..."
"You ran from the institute without any knowledge of the outside world?" Ferdinand asked.
"Yeah... we just assumed anything was better than the future we had in that lab. Being sold off to be a pet or kept to be a breeder. If my last escape attempt failed I was going to kill myself. I would have been sent to the breeding house permanently. Only allowed to leave if I got pregnant, I would rather die." I said the tears finally falling from my eyes.
I had never really talked about what the institute had planned for me for my insolence, not even Delcain knew why I was so fervent on running that day. The reality of my situation at the time terrified me and I just didn't want to live there without my mother anymore.
"How long ago did you run away...? That is to say how long have you been free?" Bellamy asked wiping my tears.
"It will be... three years... at the end of autumn." I said my breath hitching.
They both stared at me in amazement.
"That's incredible... what did you do for money before you worked at the club?" Bellamy asked.
"My mom and Delcain's mom gave us money. It was a little over $300,000 corra combined. I had about $7,000 left before I met you guys."
"How did your mother's get money in the institution? From the director?" Ferdinand asked.
"They would get money from the men they slept with and money from the director after a successful birth. Other moms got paid to educate kids, but my mom received a monthly payment for me due to my uniqueness and rarity. They were allowed to spend the money on cosmetics, toiletries, clothes, and things like that but my mom didn't need to. She was only allowed to breed with specific Alphas. So she never bothered with extra beauty products."
"Would you feel more comfortable if you and your siblings lived here first instead of my home? Moving is a big deal I know... but if something like today or yesterday happens to you again I really will kill someone. I just don't have that kind of restraint in me, you understand?" Ferdinand said taking my face in both his hands.
"Restraint? Is that what that was in the bathroom? You and Sylvester need a dictionary... Those guys will be eating their meals out of a straw for the foreseeable future." Bellamy said sarcastically.
"Y-You almost killed them?" I asked.
"I made sure their bias views ended with them." He replied nonchalantly.
"Why don't you guys act like they do? Every Alpha I've run into except you guys, acts like that. I don't go anywhere but work now because in my first week, I was almost dragged out by a drunk patron. Delcain's been watching over me ever since. He's my younger brother but takes care of me always. I would have no doubt died without him by now."
"I just see people as people. My father is an Alpha but my mother is an Omega so I didn't grow up with that bias. Same for Ferdinand here." Bellamy said.
"I'll have to talk it over with Delcain when I go home. I don't want to make such a big decision alone. There's a lot I still don't know or understand about the world. The institute didn't believe in a 'normal' education. My little sisters are still illiterate, Kaleb knows enough to pay the rent without me and Delcain but that's about it. My mother and Delcain's mother wanted to give us a fighting chance if we ever made it out. So they taught us how to read and write." I told them.
They looked as if they wanted to burn a few places to the ground, Ferdinand's pheromones still hadn't calmed down. I wasn't sure why I felt so comfortable telling them everything but, it just poured out of me like word vomit.
"Well I won't force you, but I don't want you to go to work tomorrow either. I really can't handle you getting hurt more." Ferdinand said, almost pleading.
"You've been like this all day... why? What's wrong with you? Why are you like this? It's only been a few days since I met you but you seem to act like you've known me all your life." I said, confused.
He was being extremely overprotective of me, and if I was being honest it made me nervous. It seemed to be getting worse by the hour.
"You'll have to forgive him, he has separation anxiety issues. He'll probably show up at your job everyday just for confirmation of life if you don't quit." Bellamy said laughing.
"It's not like that. I just don't like people touching my things okay?" Ferdinand said angry.
"Oho? How's that working out with the 3 other Alphas who want to touch your things?" Bellamy teased.
"You know damn well what I meant! Stop being like that. Is this fun for you, Bellamy?" He asked, grabbing Bellamy's jaw.
"Yes it is! I've known you all your life and I've never seen you act like this over a person. Do you even realize your eyes are glowing and your pheromones are slowly getting stronger? I can count on one hand how many times I've smelled your pheromones before you met Tristan. Your parents would be so shocked to see you like this if they were still around." Bellamy said lightly tapping Ferdinand's cheek as he taunted him.
"Ugh your so annoying..." Ferdinand groaned.
"That's what best friends are for." Bellamy retorted.
