**New York, Hell's Kitchen, Good Luck Restaurant**
Chen Ye held the phone to his ear, his eyes scanning the restaurant as he listened to the voice on the other end.
"Have you seen the news just now? My dear godson," came Jin Bing's hearty laugh through the receiver.
"Thanks to you, I made a lot of money this time. This is faster and easier than my business. Hahahaha," Jin Bing continued, clearly pleased with the turn of events.
Chen Ye smirked. "You made a lot of money, as for when to sell, I believe you have professionals to handle it, Uncle Jin Bing. Then next, the community college I mentioned can start preparations."
"I'm already preparing for you," Jin Bing assured, "but I can tell you, there will be a lot of resistance in this matter. Other people in Hell's Kitchen are not as easy to talk to as me."
"Even if I didn't make money this time, could I not prepare for you? My dear godson. You don't even want to call me Godfather," Jin Bing complained.
Chen Ye frowned slightly. "You know, I never believe in religion, and I believe you don't either. If it weren't for my dead father…"
Jin Bing's voice softened. "Don't say that about your father. I think the best decision he made in his life was to make you my godson."
"I don't know what kind of school or restaurant you will build after you come back to Hell's Kitchen. If it doesn't work, you can come back and take over my job so that I can retire early," Jin Bing joked.
Chen Ye chuckled. "Just kidding, you still have Richard. Why do you have to give it to me?"
"You know, Richard is not a good kid in this area. If he comes into this world, he will be eaten up. I just want him and Vanessa to live a peaceful life," Jin Bing said, his tone tinged with concern.
"Let's talk about it again. If I take over, I will cut off a lot of your business. You know me. If your subordinates can endure it, it is estimated that not only Hell's Kitchen, but also the entire dark world will be in chaos," Chen Ye explained.
"I will come to you for dinner this weekend with Vanessa and Richard. You have been working part-time recently and haven't seen them for a long time. Vanessa said she missed you, little bastard. You are not allowed to refuse. It's settled," Jin Bing said firmly.
Chen Ye sighed but smiled. "Alright, Uncle Jin Bing. It's settled then."
Kingpin, also known as Wilson Fisk, was a formidable figure in the criminal underworld, his influence stretching far beyond Hell's Kitchen. Despite his nefarious reputation, Chen Ye respected him for his business acumen and the protective stance he had taken over his own family. Unlike many villains in Marvel, Kingpin's motivations were driven by personal goals rather than world domination.
"I'll make sure everything is prepared for your visit. And I'll keep an eye out for any trouble. Thanks for the heads-up about the Hand and the High Table," Chen Ye said, his tone shifting to a more serious note.
"Be careful. I'm not afraid of them, but it's always good to be vigilant. I have my own plans to deal with them. As for the renovation of the school, it'll need a lot of funds, so I appreciate your support," Chen Ye concluded, a hint of determination in his voice.
With that, he ended the call and turned his attention back to the restaurant, already planning his next steps in both his personal and professional life.
