"I am in love with Lucius!" She dropped her hands slowly to her side while smiling brightly.

The confession reverberated in the air. She wanted it to hold back for a while, but her inner voice told her not to stop herself from letting out her real feelings for Lucius.

"Layla," Lucius called out her name in a soft tone. "What did you just say?" He couldn't believe his ears as he held her arm to make her turn to him.
