Rodelle and his two attendants pressed forward into the depths of the Sabnok Plains, heedless of their surroundings. Rodelle showed no awareness of the looming danger; at this pace, they would soon cross into the heart of the plains—the domain of Sabnok, the land's ruling magical beast.

"Hah... That reckless prince will really get himself into trouble," muttered a middle-aged man in black robes from afar, letting out a sigh.

The man, hidden among the sparse trees scattered across the plains, followed Rodelle in silence, occasionally using illusion magic to stay concealed.

(No wonder His Majesty the King is worried... Rodelle is on the verge of entering the restricted zone already. There's certainly some 'value' in monitoring someone so reckless.)
