It was a proposal from the student council president and second prince, Andrew Iwood: join the student council executive branch and take on the responsibility of maintaining discipline among the other students.

"So... you want me to keep an eye on your brother?" Rest asked, raising an eyebrow.

"It's not just about him," Andrew replied. "We've been needing capable people in the executive branch, especially from the magic department, since there aren't any first-year representatives yet. You'd be a good fit."

Rest considered Andrew's words carefully.

"Every year, the student council president and the executive branch mostly consist of students from the same department as the president," Andrew continued. "I'm from the knight department, so naturally, most of the student council is too. To balance things out, I appointed a vice president from the magic department, and Celestine joined as well."
