"Mom!"

Luciano stood up when his mother entered the clinic. His hands shook because he had to run for ten minutes without resting while carrying an unconscious Lucy.

"What happened?" Mrs. Baker asked her son. "Is she okay?"

At this moment, the door opened and the town's doctor came out. Seeing Mrs. Baker with her son, he released a sigh of relief and said, "Samantha, I'm glad you're here. I need to discuss something with you."

The doctor gestured for Mrs. Baker to follow him.
