AS ARCHIBALD looked at her, he remembered what Brighter had suggested, that she might also be an Alchemara like Luella. But there were so many reasons he doubted that. First, he never saw anything like that in his vision. It was only Luella. 

But Brighter had countered that by recommending that they put Louisa in a dangerous situation, which he had no problem doing.

Another was that she already had her family's bloodline magic which was shadow manipulation, and there had not being any additional magic, only shadow.

Alchemara had multiple magic in them.

And another thing, this was one that made him sure that Louisa wasn't an Alchemara, was his dukedom, they were not attracted to her in any way, shape, or form.
