Chapter 145: ZURI'S IDEA

The scripture said the scar that your mate left for you would appear as a birthmark in your next life. Zuri wanted to quickly learn the lycan's language, so she could read the scriptures and have more information about the lycan.

"But, you didn't give me this scar." Zuri stared at her scars. "These are not from you."

Khaos pressed her wrist against his lips, he didn't say anything about it. But for him, she got the scar because of him. He was the one, who put the silver chain on her wrist.

"But, the mark from you will do, right?" Zuri lit up when she realized this. "You will mark me. When will you mark me?"

"When the time is right." Khaos brushed away her hair from her face. Zuri was clear headed enough to have a discussion. "About what happened…"

The smile on Zuri's lips disappeared, she looked defensive. "I don't like him. He threatened me. He said he was going to kill me."
