“That’s more than a few green faces.” Alex observed the surrounding table nonchalantly while eating his sandwich. “Definitely more attention that we got before.”

“I don’t get why people consider green to be the color of jealousy.” Sarah huffed. “Green is the color of nature. If nature was jealous, then neither humans, nor any other species in the planet would be able to survive.”

“Look, I’m not the one who made that connection.” Alex glared at her. “Why don’t you go find the creator and give them your grumpy attitude?”

“What crawled up your ass and died?” Cameron raised eyebrows at Alex. “Cause I can just feel the rainbows shooting out of you this fine afternoon.”

“I got a call from Derek last night.”

That made all of our attention snap towards him instantly. “What?”
