At Celestia Academy, Orion Astra was saying his final goodbyes to Kevin and Su.
"Congratulations, Orion."
Next to Kevin, a handsome man with long gray hair said gently.
His name is Su, a close friend of Kevin.
He has an otherworldly presence, his youthful face set against a fair, almost ethereal complexion with long, soft gray hair flowing to his shoulders.
Orion shook hands with the two of them calmly. The so-called "transfer" was a coverup by the Fire Moth to transfer Orion back to the MOTH base.
"Orion, after you leave, I'll have one less person to play with!"
Kevin said this with genuine happiness for Orion, not a hint of jealousy.
As he spoke, Kevin pulled Orion into a big hug that was so tight it almost made Orion's ribs creak.
"Kevin, could you please be gentle? Orion can hardly breathe!"
Su quickly reminded Kevin. Orion was relieved when Kevin let go, wiping sweat from his forehead.
"Wow, Kevin is really strong. His power is no joke."
Orion wiped the sweat from his forehead. He didn't want to be "finished" by his friend before even fighting against the Honkai.
"I'm sorry, I didn't realize. Hahaha."
Kevin apologized with a naive look on his face, which made Orion feel both annoyed and amused.
"Okay, okay, I came to school today just to go through the motions. I hope you two stay this positive when we meet again."
"What are you afraid of? It's not like we can't see each other after we go to other places. You're right, Su."
Kevin thought it was just a regular goodbye, smiling brightly.
"Well, we'll see you again."
The two of them reached out their hands, and the three of them shook hands, showing that their friendship wouldn't be affected by the separation.
After Kevin and Su sent Orion out of the campus, a sound came from the small headset Orion wore.
"The warm campus drama is over, Mr. Orion Astra."
Orion's face became serious. Everything he did was actually being watched by the Fire Moth.
He knew that opinions on him within the Fire Moth were mixed. Some thought he needed to make up for past damage, while others might want to use him for their own gain.
"Fire Moth should not attack ordinary people."
Orion said calmly, not wanting Kevin and Su to be involved because of him.
"You can be assured that as an organization working for peace, we won't act like that. Just make sure to control yourself."
Although the voice on the headset was polite, it lacked real respect for Orion. He found the false politeness irritating.
"Okay, your special car should be nearby. We'll discuss things further when we reach your base."
Orion interrupted the contact's chatter and continued walking. A black limousine was waiting at the end of the road.
"Just get in the car. It's all our people."
When the liaison officer saw Orion's lack of interest in talking, he stopped trying to make conversation.
The car door opened smoothly. Inside, the people looked very professional, with high-end equipment and bulletproof windows.
The driver's seat and back seat were occupied by three Fire Moth personnel, and Orion sat in the front passenger seat.
The car drove smoothly at first. Orion closed his eyes to relax, but after turning a corner...
"Thump! Thump!"
The driver in the front row suddenly took out a pistol and shot the two bodyguards in the back row before they could react.
After that, the driver just looked at Orion quietly, as if waiting for instructions.
"Oh, it seems that our Lord Herrscher is really very calm, which is impressive."
A familiar voice came from the headset. It was the one who had just talked to Orion.
"Stop pretending. The contact person was probably the first to die."
Orion sat calmly in his seat, not surprised by what had just happened.
"I think my acting is pretty good. When did you start to notice?"
The voice on the headset sounded pleasant, though it was slightly off.
"My memory is very good. Even if your voice is almost identical, you can't hide it from me."
"Excellent judgment. I would expect no less from one chosen by our god," he said, his voice filled with admiration.
"As always, *they* have an unfailing eye for those who stand above the rest. Every decision, every move—you reflect the impeccable insight *they* possess."
He paused, his gaze steady, almost reverent. "To witness it firsthand... it's no wonder you were chosen."
"Your god?"
Orion frowned, catching a key word.
"That's right, Lord Orion. The Honkai is a will that has existed since ancient times, long before humans. Compared to the Honkai, humans are just parasites on this planet."
"I don't think you genuinely want to join that hypocritical human organization. It doesn't matter; we'll help you."
"To achieve our long-cherished goal, the [The Fool] organization will assist you in completing everything."
