Chapter 11: Leave him
Gray was instantly frozen into ice even without knowing what happened to him.
The people around who saw the weird scenario that happened in front of them were all shocked at looked at Sophia with astonishment.
Just a moment ago Gray was showing off his powers and overpowering Sophia but the next instant he was turned into ice.
Nobody noticed what happened, only Sophia knew what exactly happened, Ravi, being an exception.
'Just as I thought, my fire is special. It burns but turns everything into ice and can devour any kind of flames.'
Sophia looked at the frozen Gray with a smug look and said,
"Why don't you laugh anymore? Can't do it. Now pay for your-"
"Leave him."
Sophia was going to break the ice and Gray within it into pieces but then Ravi spoke and stopped her from doing that.
Sophia didn't reject him and pulled back her hands and walked away after saying,
"You are lucky this time. If I see you again then don't expect me to spare you."
'And if you even think about insulting him, I will make your death even more painful.'
After both Sophia and Ravi walked away, a figure whose face was hidden under his cloak walked towards the frozen Gray.
He put his hand on him and used his power which was also fire but it was red like blood.
'As expected her flames didn't freeze him, they absorbed his flames and his flames froze him, just like mine.'
He noticed that even his fire was starting to get devoured and thickening the ice around Gray.
'If the normal fire isn't enough, then how about something more.'
With a wicked grin, he wanted to use Gray as an experiment. He didn't care whether he lived or died.
He used his fire but this time something was different, the fire was covered in a bloody hue and it melted the ice.
After the ice melted, Gray fell to the ground and he was passed out.
"Take him away, fatty." He said to Gray's friend who pissed his pants seeing Gray freeze in front of him.
After saying that he walked away.

Sophia and Ravi were now heading towards a hotel that was specially made for the students trying to get into 'Pis Aller Academy.
They didn't say a word to each other all the time after the little incident on the streets.
'Why did he stop me from killing him?'
Sophia was puzzled about this. Though she knew killing someone was wrong during the training with Brian, she was taught that 'kill if it means to protect yourself even if it is a human being and degenerates who act like animals because of power do not deserve to live'.
With her teachings, she didn't think it was wrong to kill the red-haired dude who was misusing his powers.
Sophia wanted to know why Ravi stopped her but she didn't pry any further. If he wanted her to stop then she was fine with it.
Both of them soon reached their destination.
It was a big building with a big 'Pis Aller' hotel written on it.
Sophia and Ravi both entered inside it and showed their badges to the guards at the gate who were able to enter inside easily.
The moment they entered they were greeted by the staff of the hotel and were requested to go to the reception quickly.
They both followed their instructions and arrived at the reception.
"Hello, sir and mam. How many I help you?" The receptionist greeted them with a professional smile.
"We would like to have a room for us tonight," Sophia said meekly while showing her badge.
She was shy as she was about to spend the night with Ravi in a scene room.
The receptionist looked at her badge and spoke,
"Here's your room key mam and the partner you will be staying with is already in the room." She said while handing Sophia the room key.
"My partner?" Sophia didn't understand what she meant, so she asked.
"Yes, ma'am. Your partner is already inside your room."
"Am I not staying with whom I came with?" Sophia asked confused.
The receptionist chuckled and replied, "Sorry ma'am, we don't have the policy of letting the students with different genders inside the same room, if they are strangers as it is impolite and awkward."
Sophia was red with embarrassment, she didn't even think about this happening and now it seemed like she was trying to be with a guy inside a hotel, and the way the receptionist chuckled, made her even more embarrassed.
'Why didn't I think of that? We can just stay in different rooms. But why do I feel it would have been good if....ahh, what are you doing Sophia control yourself.'
Sophia hung her head down not looking at the receptionist and took her key and turned around not wanting to face her.
But the receptionist could still see that her cheeks were red and found it to be cute.
She then turned towards Ravi and he showed his badge to her.
She was looking at Ravi with a strange look but didn't say anything and just handed him the room key.
"You don't have a partner yet, he will arrive soon. Thank you for staying at our hotel, please enjoy. Oh yes, there will be an announcement after an hour, it's more like giving you some hints about the exam, so if you want you can join it."
The receptionist said and bowed but Ravi was indifferent towards it while Sophia was too embarrassed to face her, so both walked away without saying a word.
After they moved further away from reception only then Sophia lifted her head and sighed but she was still embarrassed.
She meekly looked at Ravi and thought,
'He doesn't seem to mind that much, but he doesn't hate me for that right?'
She didn't want him to hate her and think of her as a pervert, so she gathered her courage and asked.
"What's your room number?…306. Mine is 509, so it should be on the fifth floor while yours is on the third floor."
They both went to the elevator and arrived at the third floor, Ravi went towards his room without looking back at Sophia, and she went to the fifth floor after saying,
"Bye Ravi."
Inside the elevator, Sophia was feeling low.
'I shouldn't have reacted that way, he probably thinks of me as a pervert and hates me now. Sophia you big idiot, what have you done.'
She sighed and the elevator door opened, she walked towards her room and opened it with her key.
The room inside was well furnished with two beds while one was clean, on the other one lay a naked green-haired girl with her face buried under the pillow.
