Cultivation was the foundation of power in the Heavenly Dao Realm. The path of cultivation was long and arduous, requiring immense dedication, talent, and resources. The stages of cultivation were divided into several realms, each with its own challenges and opportunities:
Qi Gathering: The first step in a cultivator's journey. This stage focused on absorbing the world's Qi to strengthen the body and mind. Cultivators at this stage were considered novices, but it was the foundation for all future progress.
Substages: Initial, Middle, Late, Peak.
Foundation Establishment: The stage where a cultivator built a foundation for future progress, solidifying their Qi and stabilizing their cultivation. This stage was crucial, as it determined the cultivator's potential for future growth.
Substages: Early, Mid, Late, Great Perfection.
Core Formation: A significant leap in power, where the cultivator condensed their Qi into a core within their dantian. This stage greatly enhanced the cultivator's strength and marked their transition into a true cultivator.
Substages: Golden Core, Jade Core, Nascent Core.
Nascent Soul: The stage where the cultivator's soul began to take physical form, creating a Nascent Soul within the core. This stage marked the transition from mortal to semi-immortal, and cultivators at this stage were considered elite.
Substages: Early, Middle, Late, Peak.
Soul Formation: The Nascent Soul merged with the cultivator's body, allowing for direct manipulation of spiritual energy and control over life and death. This stage represented the pinnacle of mortal cultivation, and only the most talented cultivators could achieve it.

Spirit Severing: The cultivator began to comprehend the laws of the universe, severing attachments to the mortal world. This stage was a critical step toward true immortality, as the cultivator began to transcend the limitations of the mortal realm.

Void Ascension: The cultivator's spirit became one with the void, allowing them to manipulate space and time to a limited extent. This stage marked the beginning of the cultivator's journey into the immortal realms.
Substages: Void Spirit, Void Body, Void Will.
Immortal Ascension: The cultivator transcended mortality, stepping into the realm of the immortals and gaining eternal life. This stage was the culmination of the cultivator's journey, where they could wield immense power and influence over the realms.
Substages: Immortal Body, Immortal Soul, Immortal Will.
Law Embodiment: The cultivator gained control over one of the fundamental laws of the universe, becoming a living embodiment of that law. This stage represented the ultimate mastery of cultivation, where the cultivator could reshape reality itself.
Substages: Law Comprehension, Law Mastery, Law Embodiment.
World Sovereign: The final and most complex stage, where the cultivator became a Sovereign of a world, able to manipulate world laws at will and control entire realms. Cultivators at this stage were considered near-deities.
Substages: World Insight, World Command, World Sovereignty.
