The Tyrells have fallen!

Sitting in the Tower of the Hand and looking over the reports from Rex and his men makes me want to laugh out loud at the irony of what has happened.

The Tyrells are a powerful family in terms of finances, number of warriors, and even legally strong due to the titles of Guardians of the Vastness and so on, but not in terms of nobility and respect. They earned the loyalty of the Redwyns and Hightowers only through kinship, Tarly served them with a creak because he swore an oath of allegiance to his suzerain, and almost any king didn't care about his kind. Except for me and Jaehaerys.

And when the Tyrells launched an open rebellion against the only male member of the dynasty, he had a chance to at least get that yoke off his neck that had been weighing him down all these years. And after Jaehaerys had given him the title of Guardian of the Expanse, he was ready to kiss it. Satisfaction with Tarly's new king could be cut with a knife. True, he was not pleased with some of the changes in the Seven Kingdoms, though they were not fatal or disgraceful.

It all started when, after the swearing in of everyone and everything in King's Landing, I pushed Jaehaerys to "expropriate" castles and lands from those who disagreed with the new and old authorities in the Seven Kingdoms. The Royal, Stormlands, and Riverlands were the first to go. After our boys had worked there, and even before that a bit of Daenerys's envoys in the King's domain, Hayford, Rosby, Twilight's Hollow, Hollard Castle and Stag's Horns were freed.

We did not hesitate to give Hayford and Rosby to Davos Seaworth to determine which of his sons would get it.

Then Shadowdale was given not to my son Leaven, but to his mother Obara. So she became the Lady of Shadowdome, and should we have any more children, one of them will inherit the land. Mourningtown, will go to Leaven in due course as my firstborn.

Hollard Castle I gave to Rex, he didn't really need it, but he took it anyway and decided to make it a training centre for his structure.

I gave the Stag's Horns to Mia, whom Jhaerys had legitimised as a Baratheon. Not so much because she was on our side and had Baratheon blood in her. More because Mia lived in Eagle's Nest and served the Roys, and she'd already given birth to a daughter named Barra. Still, our last night of lovemaking before my capture in the Western Lands had not gone amiss. So I did not leave this child of mine without a piece of bread for the future.

In the Riverlands, Varick Hawk has reclaimed Harrenhal and is content with life, as are the other members of 'my gang'. The Mallister bastard who had settled in Sigard was strangled and replaced by Gerda Barley, whom Jaehaerys and I had brought back from the North. She had already given birth for the second time, and the first time she had given birth to twin girls. And in the second, a boy, who was named in my honour, and the girls Daniella and Jaehaerin. True, they say her hubby had an accident en route and fell into the sea drunk. And they say he was a bit of a prick and Gerda put up with him for the kids. So life got better for our old friend.

Besides, Jaehaerys had gone so far out of his way to increase the king's lands by leaps and bounds. Well, for one thing, he added Cape Wrath to the Crown Lands. All the lords were in favour, plus they got theirs at the expense of their neighbours and a successful war for them. Only the Estermonts were not in favour because their line had broken off under Daenerys and eventually Jaehaerys took the castle, intending to give it to the right people or to one of his children in the future.

After that, it went so far as to transfer Tumbleton, Forge, Bitterbridge, Link, Ivy and Hammerhall from the Vale, as well as the Westlands - Greenfield, Cornfield, Clegane Castle, Silver Hill and Crakehall - to the King's House. This arrangement of the King's Lands strengthened the King's position and weakened the West, the Vastness, the Stormlands, and even the Riverlands, for Sigard was also brought into the domain staff by Jaehaerys.

I also got the Crakehalls lands and Cornfield, the home of the Sweets, which was carved out. The good thing about this situation is that my uncle Daniel and I personally flew our dragons there and burned all the Crakehalls. Even though they were ready to kneel. But I need the castle more than those bastards. So their fate was sealed. Jhaerys, after negotiations at Dragons' Den, decided to give the dragons to me, Shira, and Danyel as Targaryen blood and loyal men. They wanted to take Rex instead of my uncle, but he refused, even though he was mesmerised by the dragon. He had business to attend to and no time to ride a dragon. So I got Drogon, and Reigal and Viserion Shira and Uncle Daniel, all happy.

What's funny is that Jaheiris dissed this redivision to the point that he wanted to also take Highgarden into the domain and give it to Daisy Mormont and her son. But I stopped him in time. Dacie, to my and Jaheiris's surprise, found herself pregnant shortly before our overproductive king died. I'd noticed her eyeing him back at Winterfell, but our Chosen One was a flint and showed no signs of wanting her. But at Riverrun, it turns out he did. And knowing Dacey, he gave her exactly that, hehe. In the end, on Bear Island there was another of Jay's sons named Eddard, who took his mother's surname but his father's appearance, and his eyes were violet like the Targaryens'. When Rex told us about it, we were really surprised.

In the end, a new branch of Mormonts was formed, only not in the North, but in the Outlands, and they took 80% of the former Tyrell lands, the rest went to the "Tarlys offended by the Tyrells" fund.

What's all this about us and us and us? The Manderlys got what they've been promised since we were in the North, Lannisport. We're the most honest men in the world. As they say, a man's a man, a man's a man!

Other loyal lords and knights throughout Westeros also got their lands, even the ironborn got the Shield Isles, the Isle of Light, and some land in the Outlands and the Westlands. All in all, no one seems to have been shortchanged.

As for the Small Council, this is the disposition. I'm the Hand, as always. Rex is Master of the Whisperers, Selmy remains Lord Commander of the Kingsguard. Uncle Daniel, though a member of the Guard, was actually an envoy and bodyguard to Jaehaerys, and a dragon rider. And Jehaerys had eight white cloaks in the aggregate of what was left to us as an inheritance, after Daenerys and who was initiated by Jehaerys. Then Wiman Manderly did get his position as master over the coin. Doran Martell remained Master of the Law. And we kept Connington as well, but as a mere councillor and marshal of the Stormlands. Randyll Tarly, Oberyn Martell, Lord Bainforth, Victarion Greyjoy, Varick Hawke, and Jon Royce were given seats on the council in the same way. Sansa's hubby was appointed Marshal of the North. Paxter Redwyne was made Master of the Ships. Bronn Blackwater was also left in his place. In addition, the High Lord of the West, Bainforth, lost his title of Guardian, for the West had lost its greatness and value as a historical region.

The Tyrells... there was a bit of a fight with them at first, but they were quickly subdued with the help of dragons. The men who survived were either tried and sent to the Wall or died in the dungeons of the Red Keep. Women were usually given to the Silent Sisters. As for Olenna Tyrell specifically, we just poisoned her and that's it, Margaery died one of the last of the Tyrells. And she wanted to seduce Jaheiris and become his queen, trying to turn the tables on me during all of this, supposedly I was behind the Tyrell conspiracy. She even came up with an amusing theory that I, along with Gendry, my father, Victarion and the Martells, wanted him dead so I could marry her and become king myself. Well, Jaehaerys of course pooh-poohed her words, fucked her good all night, and in the morning just ordered her to be poisoned. Thus, Jaehaerys got rid of this scheming wretch and fulfilled our long-held dream. I was in that dream, too, because I wanted her in my bed too. But that greedy bastard only gave me access to her cousins' bodies...

We had to kill Ser Fassoway of Sidrhall as well, for he was married to a Tyrell. We gave his lands and castle to Lady Teyna Merriweather and her son, who also got back their Long Table. Teyna became Jaehaerys' mistress, and her son is old enough to be Jaehaerys' squire. Though he was not the only one to become his squire, Podrick Paine was the only one of his kind to kneel and thus become the future heir. He'll get the Payne lands and title when Jay knights him.

I have also added to my squires, there are two of them now, and before there were none. The first Tristan Martell at Doran Martell's request, and the second Deacon Tarly, whom I'd already taken on at Randyll's own request. And I didn't mind, both boys were good friends, and they were smart, so I'd raise them to be normal boys. The family didn't have much trouble raising them before.

After settling all the problems with the territories and lords, and seats in the Small OWLs, the real work began.

Preparations for war with the Others were in full swing.

I won't even mention all the bureaucratic problems with food supply, evacuation of civilians from the North to the South, stockpiling of food, weapons, tools and so on. And also a lot of reforms of the judicial and procedural system, administrative reforms, introduction of the Royal Code, which was actually a code of laws that could even claim the status of the Constitution. Only the rights of Jeyheiris were not curtailed, just all acts, rescripts, decrees and ancient laws were combed and now confusion should not be Doran in his department. Also, we've sorted out the Iron Throne's debt to the Church and the Iron Bank. The Tyrells and Lannisters were destroyed, so no one paid them back, on the contrary, their money was used to build ships, buy food and repairs. They paid off all debts to the Iron Bank and even got discounts from them for the supply of certain chemicals for Quibern's laboratory.

We formed a unified army under the marshals, some of the royal guards like Mendon Moore, Barristan Selmy, and Daniel Blackheart, as well as under Jaehaerys and me. The army was going to be impressive. Up to 150,000 men were gathered from Spaceland alone. Half of them had to be chased by my old KMB, Dorne put up 30 thousand men, Stormlands only 30 after all the recruitment, but you can understand, because one third of the lands with lords and population was taken by Jeyheiris in his domain. The Western Lands put up 20,000 men, mostly infantry, they were too weakened and exsanguinated, they could barely get it together. Then the Riverlands gave us 40,000 men, 10,000 of them cavalry, the rest archers and infantry, but that's still considering the wildlings from there. The Vale hadn't been stingy since the marriage of Jaehaerys and Royce's daughter Reyna Royce. And so the Vale fielded 15,000 cavalry and 20,000 infantry, plus its entire fleet. The ironborn mostly sent ships, and a thousand to reinforce the Bear Island, but the Mormonts weren't too happy about that. The North gathered twenty-five thousand men on foot and another seven on horseback, plus the Watch's forces of several thousand thanks to our actions, as well as almost 20 additional thousand men from Essos. Well over eight thousand Unsullied. A total of 380,000 men plus the fleet. It was possible to recruit youngsters from 13 to 16 years old, as well as the older generation from 40 to 55 years old, but why? From them the efficiency of the army will only lose, and they still teach, equip and feed, let them be in the rear and provide the army.

As for the tactics of our war, it was formed on three stages or three combat zones. The first is the Wall. The first battle will take place on it, or rather at it. There's no point in going beyond the Wall. It's not our battlefield! So part of the army will occupy the Wall and fight from there with walkers and their puppeteers with the support of dragons and even the fleet, if the attack will be near the coast. In my opinion the most likely points of attack are East Watch-by-the-Sea, Castle Black (these two due to the canon events of the book and the series), Nightfort (because the Night King is the 13th Lord Commander and he can get nostalgic) and West Watch-by-the-Sea with Twilight Tower, because these two castles are near the bay and in the place where half of all the Kings-beyond-the-Wall have always tried to cross the Wall to the South. It's been a favourite place for attacks in the past. But of course there were garrisons in the other fortresses as well.

The second battleground, if the Others can't be stopped at the Wall, will be the North itself, where the fighting will be divided into two parts: sabotage warfare and rare battles near some points including: Queen's Crown, Last Hearth, Carhold, Winterfell, Darkwood, Torrhen's Ward, White Harbour and Cailin's Moat, as it is most profitable to fight the Inhumans there and get out if we fail. Well, and "partisanship", we will be carried out thanks to wargs, abilities of prediction Jayheiris, Shira and a number of other mages and sorcerers from the I-Tian Empire. I really don't have such a gift, all my improvements ended up with the fact that I became a kind of local analogue of "Captain America", but here it's more like "Captain Westeros", my senses, physical strength, stamina and reaction have really increased, as well as I seem to have learned to sense where there is a dead and where there is a living person, but not at great distances, just about a hundred metres or so. That's about it. I have no magic, and the fact that I am a Drogon rider is a credit to Jaehaerys. He's the Great Dragon Shepherd. And I'm more of an enforcer....Naturally, fighting with the support of dragons will be easier. It's a pity, I don't have a chance to work on the Air Force, it's not a problem to make balloons, but they will be useless in such a war. Though I have made some notes, and even if I die, Quibern or one of his disciples will have some technical novelties and theoretical developments of my world that I knew and could bring here. But, alas, not all of it, for I am not a scientist, but a simple soldier.

Then the last frontier will be the Isthmus, where everyone will stand not for life, but for death. Because if we let the Others go further, the war is most likely lost, because even I do not have enough knowledge of my world and magic that we have with the dragons to stop the advance of the Night King and the Others with their puppets.

The initial deployment of the army will be divided in this proportion 50% Wall, 35% North and 15% Isthmus. About three-fifths of the fleet will be on duty near the shores of the North and the Wall, the rest will be on guard for the rest of the kingdoms and for the transfer of food, Dragonglass or troops. By the way, there is enough dragon glass for everyone and we have a huge stockpile, which was mined over the years and in the last "peaceful" year before the war from Skagos, Dreadfort, Dragonstone, the Western Mountains, the Moon Mountains and various places where there were deposits.

For the overall victory, we even decided not to mop up the Sparrows, but made agreements together with His Sparrowhood for the sake of victory. We had a lot of trouble with the negotiations, we made many concessions, but it was worth it. The fanatics were on our side, even the Lion of the Night intervened and gave us a vision or two of the Seven Chosen of Jaehaerys. And these fanatics agreed to become living kamikazes if necessary, for example, for the sake of the Faith in the Seven, they would be ready with Wildfire or Blackheart's Flame to throw themselves into the midst of the Wychs to reduce their numbers, my kin and the fanatics of the Lord of Light signed up for that. So even on that side, we have an upside. And Quibern and I and the mechanics from Mira have done a lot of work on self-propelled mechanisms with bombs inside that detonate when they stop moving, for example, against a crowd of Viht. If these "scooters" justify themselves near the Wall, we will use them all over the North, in addition to ambushes and "minefields".

In general, the people understood the arse we had to prepare for and tried not to waste time on political squabbles.

The only failed attempt to change power in the Iron Islands was by Euron Greyjoy, but Jaehaerys saw him and the small fleet he had assembled in Essos and flew out to meet him, while I was in the Expanse checking food supplies, Jae burned Euron's fleet and took him prisoner, thanks to Jaehaerion who clawed at him and strangled him (or rather crushed his neck and broke his arms) on the flight back. When I got back, I found out that Euron was wearing Valyrian armour, which had been refinished a bit and given to me for a future battle on Jaehaerion's orders. For my birthday. I turned twenty-five years old at the time.

A couple of months passed before I interrupted the Small Council meeting because Sarella, Oberyn's daughter, had flown in, hiding under the mask of Alleras, Marvin's apprentice.

- Lord Hand! A message from Castle Black.

I read it and was relieved on the one hand that the wait was over, a little excited on the other, knowing that new events were about to begin. As well as anticipation of very interesting battles that I had not participated in before I announced to the Council, which looked at me with interest and anxiety:

- The Lord Commander has reported that the first Wychs have been sighted near the Wall. The war for the New Dawn has begun. Prepare yourselves, gentlemen!
