Chapter 13: Chapter 13: Protect Him

Taken aback by Kylian's fearless grunt, before Zenith could figure out what he intended to do, Kylian suddenly grabbed his shirt over his chest within his strong grasp and pulled Zenith down along with him out of the broken window!

Everything happened at the speed of a flash, but when everyone retrieved their senses, frantic horrified screams filled the entire classroom!

~ OH MY GOD! THAT CRAZY BASTARD PULLED ZENITH ALONG WITH HIM! HE'S GOING TO SUFFER A MASSIVE FALL TOO! OH NO!!"

As much as all those Alpha students clamored in panic, the teacher horrifically ran towards the window before he lashed out at the top of his lungs, looking below, "ZENITH!! KYLIAN!!!"

However, when Zenith retrieved his senses that Kylian dragged him to fall out of the 5th-floor window, he couldn't help but gaze astonishingly at Kylian's oval face which looked a little pale in fear now.

A quick idea struck idea his mind and he was about to unleash his hold over his neck, before opting for a high jump to score a safe landing for himself, leaving Kylian with a dangerous fall!

But before he was about to remove his hands, a deep low grumble echoed in his head, "Protect him…"

The second that voice roared in his head like a divine command, Zenith sensed his body acted against his will, submitting to the command he had received! Lifting his hand away from his neck as they were about to crash against the deep blue pond with a massive fall, Zenith wrapped Kylian in his tight embrace and turned his body upside down over him, so that the fall wouldn't injure Kylian instead Zenith himself!

Before none of them could blink their eyes, they fell inside the pond with a huge flash of water splattering everywhere, making a strange big echo.

There were a few students who were near the pool, they jumped away in scare after watching two giant men holding each other tight falling into the pond, that seemed like a scene appearing straight out of a movie!

Kylian didn't know swimming, so his body held onto Zenith with all his remaining strength but with such a massive fall, he swallowed plenty of water inside.

On the other hand, they landed the fall close to a gigantic marble-sculpture-crafted fountain, and since Zenith was quick to turn Kylian upside down, he suffered a great hit against the sculpture on his right elbow, making him wince hard in pain!

After a few minutes of numb silence, when the teacher accompanied by all the students of the class accompanied by Aiden came rushing to the spot, they saw Zenith dragging Kylian out of the pond while he was holding tight onto him.

After such a large of pool water accidentally reached his lungs, Kylian reached a half-dazed state as he started coughing and panting aloud.

"Goodness! Zenith!! Kylian!! What the hell did you do? Have you lost your darn mind? I almost got a heart attack just from watching you both! Are you okay, did you suffer any critical injury? Quick, tell me!"

Shrieking in panic, that homeroom teacher hurriedly reached to them and helped Zenith to take Kylian out of the water and make him lie down on his back. He even started massaging Kylian's chest to make him cough out all the extra water, but equally showed concern for Zenith, "Are you okay? Did you save him from a critical injury, Zenith?"

"Oh no, look what happened to our Master's elbow! This bastard must have hurt him during the fall! Everything's a mess since he showed up before our Master Zenith…he's completely crazy!" A few Alpha boys from Zenith's gang rushed towards him with first aid as if they had already noticed Zenith's swollen elbow.

The teacher coldly noticed all the classmates were crowding around Zenith but no one barely tried to take a glance over Kylian's side even though he had passed out from the sudden massive fall.

While he finished making him cough out all the extra water, he heard a few slow footsteps right behind him, which made the teacher wonder if someone had actually come to check on Kylian.

"Is he okay? Are his ribs broken?"

The teacher was surprised to see Aiden standing behind him with a concerned gaze toward the unconscious Kylian on the ground. However, feeling a bit pleased by his gesture, the teacher nodded, "His ribs are okay…but his lungs were expanded with excess water and it made him pass out from the sudden shock. But it seems like he could've gotten critically injured, but Zenith must've saved him…"

Hearing the teacher's anxious mumble, Aiden averted his glance towards Zenith who was glowering at him now from a distance. It seemed Zenith was irked by his concern for Kylian, and he signaled his boys to take him to the senior doctor's office whom Zenith's father had personally hired to look after him in this academy.

His elbow had already turned bluish-red from the hit, but before leaving with the boys he took one small glance at Kylian's face before walking away.

'What the hell? Was it my wolf's voice that echoed loudly in my head at that moment? I didn't want to save him initially, why would I bother about him? But just from one command, it seemed as if my body was possessed and it acted on its own! To save this crazy punk, I must have busted my elbow… Why the hell he would jump out of the window? I wasn't even thinking to push him off…I only wanted to scare him a little… But…he's just too persistent like a damn pest!'

As these anxious thoughts roamed in his mind while walking away, Zenith felt even more irked each time his elbow throbbed in pain. However, watching Zenith limping to walk by holding two boys on both his sides as support, Aiden stared blankly in that direction before lifting his gaze down to Kylian's pale cold face.

'Why are you so different from others? Why do you keep pulling yourself into troubles with Zenith? Just why are you trying to endanger yourself into something bigger?'

Aiden wondered in his mind, anxiously exhaling a sigh before asking the teacher, "Shall I help you carry this boy inside, Sir?"
