Chapter 97: Lewis Cray Cray

I couldn't believe what I'd heard.

"Mum?"

What the hell was happening?

I turned around and asked Bobby, "You heard that?"

Bobby stood up, dusted the dirt off himself, and replied, "Heard what?"

"This mountain ghost, it said mum," I said.

Bobby squinted his eyes at me, touched my forehead with the back of his hand.

"Are you sick or what? Don't tell me you've gone mad, like the time you said you saw that Snookey's ghost."

I kept quiet; maybe he was right.

After all, who in their right mind would be seeing dead people appearing suddenly?

"Come, let's check on Amy and the rest," I said to get the thoughts out of my mind.

When we went over to Amy Lee and Sea Snake Fang, they were still cautious.

"Sam, be careful. Lewis is not what he seems to be. We nearly got killed, and this mountain ghost listened to his bidding," Amy Lee briefed us on what had happened.

"Where is he now?" I asked.
