Unity Day for me started extremely early, probably at 2 in the morning, I slipped out of Octavia's hands and went to my crafthouse.
I started up my forge, melted some scrap metals and forged them into spear heads, short swords and armor pieces I would incorporate into leather armours I'd be making.
I had been beating some iron into shape, morning was already breaking from the mountains around us when a guard quickly came running in.
" Sir! We have a problem." He quickly shouted, I looked at the blood in his hands, still wet and fresh and fronwed.
" What the fuck happened?" I asked as I walked up to him.
" It's Murphy sir he..." He said before looking at the blood in his hands." He killed Connor and another boy, a builder sir...."
That made me pause.
' That.... wasn't supposed to happen.' I thought, sighing to myself I followed the boy as he led me to where some guards were pulling the lifeless corpse of a Connor out of his cabin.
" Where's Murphy?" I asked dangerously low frowning as I stared at the boy, he was one of my guards after all.
Murphy had been a great combatant too after he gained some training but this, I thought that I changed that plotline when Charllote didn't go through what she did in canon and disregarded Murphy who to be honest had all the right to be resentful.
" He ran off into the woods sir..." Replied Munroe.
" If he is to be seen make around camp, make sure to capture him and if he resists, kill him." I gave out the order before giving more for the boys to be buried.
I then walked off towards the dropship, guards were stationed there to guard the guns and other stuff we brought back.
Entering I found Octavia helping out raven with the radio.
" Can we communicate with the ark yet?" I said immediately as they saw me.
" Hello to you too, and yes raven just fixed the thing." Octavia muttered.
" The radio is ready, wanted to say something to the chancellor?" She asked.
" Yes, about the person in the fucking ark that tried to have me killed." I told her setting myself into the chair, earphones on and everything set.
" Shumway?" Asked Octavia already knowing, I had already told her already.
" Yeah, if I'm right then I can guess that he's also the guy that had Bellamy shoot the chancellor." I told them before connecting to the ark.
" Should I get Bellamy?" Octavia asked with a frown.
" No need." I refused.
" Hello, this councilor kane, is this the 100?" Asked the voice of kane, the monitor screen lit up next showing kane in all his glory.
" Yes it is, this is Ezekiel." I muttered.
" Thank god you are all alright." Kane muttered actually seeming relieved, his eyes seemed to be haunted by something though.
" Yeah, I'd like to speak with Jaha please." I told him, he frowned staring at me seemingly looking for something before he nodded and walked off.
A minute later Jaha finally appeared, in a hurry.
" Ezekiel, how are the 100, are they alright?" Asked Jaha immediately.
" Yeah, they are peachy." I muttered with an eye roll." That's not what I wanted to talk to you about though."
" What is it?" He asked frowning.
" First, are you alone?" I asked with a raised brow.
Clarke and Octavia sat behind me listening in quiet, I didn't know whether they knew about Bellamy and Shumway as I've changed so much of the plot it's almost unrecognisable anymore.
' And at some point I was trying so hard to keep the plot together....damn.' I thought realising that plot had already gone to shit.
With that realisation I kinda understood that the very thought of trying to keep the timeline as close as possible with canon was a fools idea, with my simple inclusion canon was already fucked.
' Oh well, no matter....I'll take everything on as it comes.' was my new thought process.
" Yes, I am, what's wrong?" Jaha asked.
" Nothing much, it's just that the person that had made my dear friend Bellamy try to shoot you to death also somehow made one of my men try to do the same to me." I muttered catching him off guard." Now I don't like that, not at all so I decided that in the goodness of my heart I'll tell you who wants you dead."
And with that Jaha became silent, a frown placing itself on his face naturally.
" Who is it." Came his grumbly voice, serious at the threat of his life.
" Nah-ah, first I want one tiny thing from you before I give out that information." I said giving out the only reason why I even decided to tell the guy this.
" And what happened to doing this at the goodness of your heart?" Asked Jaha almost mockingly.
Scoffing at that I looked at him deadpan.
" Fine, what do you want?" Jaha asked and I grinned.
" Just a favour, one I expect you to honour once I call upon it." I said and he went quiet.
I waited as I watched him contemplate my offer before he just sighed.
" Fine, a favour and if I can achieve it then I'll honour it." He said with a nod.
I grinned at that and began snitching on Shumway, I almost wanted to let slip about Diana but thought better then to do that, how would I explain knowing all that while in the fucking ground after all.
And so after snitching Jaha walked after I told him of the happenings in the ground, he wasn't too happy about the two boys that died from Murphy but I told him I had it under control and he let that be.
Then he went off to prepare for the unity day celebration and I stood up and walked off too.
I had shit to do after all.
