Chapter 2: The Twins 2
(The 6 Eyes and Limitless are not nerf)
It was currently the 3rd great shinobi war. Looking back in time, the first shinobi war happened around the time Hashirama died, it was as if the world was waiting for Hashirama to die. Hashirama's brother, Tobirama took over the role of Hokage.
The first shinobi war didn't last long, just a few months. But in that war, Tobirama did die, leaving his student, the current 3rd hokage to take over. That happened about 30 years ago, so the current 3rd hokage wasn't at his prime.
I still remember stories of the 3rd hokage legends. There have only been 2 people in history to be given the title God Of Shinobi. These people were the strongest people of their time, lifeforms who trumped the whole world. Hashirama was one of such people, and the 3rd hokage was the other.
I wasn't saying he was equal to Hashirama or the likes of Madara, but he was a step below those monsters, leaving the 3rd hokage a monster of his own. Those that fell behind him were the likes of Fugaku, Hanzo, and Sakumo. Following behind those two were the likes of the Sannin and Minato...
Sakumo had long died, but he was a shinobi who trumped the likes of the Sannin. Minato was on the step to reaching the ranks of the likes of Hanzo and the others, which was impressive as he was only in his 20s, while Fugaku was in his 30s, and Hanzo was way past his prime.
There was a chance that Minato was already on the level of Fugaku, it's not like I had up-to-date news of the happenings out there. It's not like I even cared to know much about what was going on out there
All I knew was that my father was hiding the fact he had evolved his Sharingan past the 3 tomoe sharingan. So no one knows his true powers, I only knew thanks to the anime, and even then this universe might be different from the anime. So, I was pretty much just guessing.
"You're quiet," Fugaku said calmly seeing how I was quieter than normal while we jumped from tree branch to tree branch, rushing towards the battlefield.
"You don't say..." I said subconsciously... A minute later, I was jumping from tree branch to tree branch with a huge bump on my head, which I was holding in pain.
"On the battlefield, you need to be on high alert. Nothing like what you are doing now, where you are the furthest thing from being focused." He said calmly as if he didn't just hit his child.
"I know..." I said with a small pout. Of course, I was the furthest thing from being calm, the only thing on my mind was what I was about to see... I hate to admit it, but I was scared. But I didn't try to run from this, this was something I had to face, knowing how selfish I was... well, there were going to be many I would kill.
'This boy...' Fukagu thought. He had 2 sons, Itachi was the hard-working, cold, and curious type. I was the complete opposite. I was easygoing, only trained when I felt like it, or a sliper was being aimed towards me.
"We're here," Fugaku said while stopping at a tree branch in front of me. I landed on the same tree branch and froze at the scene before me. What I saw was a group of shinobi fighting, bodies laid the ground, some died, while others were on the ground and crying for help. Be it male or female, even some kids could be found there.
'Gojo, you are special. Never in the Uchiha clan has someone been born with such unique eyes. You are a genius, you just lack the motivation, and your potential is above the likes of your elder brother.' Fugaku thought, remembering when I was born. Back then, he thought his wife had cheated on him, but it was quickly proven that I was his son.
He looked at me while I fell to my knee and began to start throwing up. My eyes were just too powerful, I had a full 360-degree view of the world around me, ignore the fact I had sunglasses, they were just to suppress my eyesight.
My eyesight is comparable to a high-definition infrared camera, allowing me to see even when my eyes are covered. I could easily see things from several kilometers away and distinctly tell apart different figures within that range. My eyes had to be covered because the information my eyes would send to my brain would overload my brain over time, slowly cooking it.
I was not that far from the battlefield, so even with my eyesight suppressed, I could see everything as if I were there.
Fugaku just stood there, calmly waiting for me to say something. I lay kneeled there for some time, no longer throwing up and just simply focusing on all of the information my sharp senses were giving me. My mind flashed, back to my world and back to this world.
Back on earth, I was your everyday person. Sure, I have seen some cruel stuff, but that was either through movies or on Twitter... Wait, it's called X now. Anyways, X was filled with many dark stuff, from videos of people cutting off other heads, and other dark stuff. I normally skipped it, but at times, some videos I couldn't skip. Those videos didn't have much of an impact on me, I would forget them minutes later.
But there was one event in my past life which I saw, and it greatly affected me. Someone had fallen headfirst to the ground, they were okay, but the sound of the skull and concrete hitting each other gave me a headache. A headache which left me sick for the rest of the day.
I remembered how my mom made fun of me at the time. My mom had seen some dark stuff in her life, and couldn't help but laugh at how I was sick over such a thing when the person who was injured was walking around a few hours later as if nothing happened. But it was just the sound of the impact, before I even saw it, my head was already hurting hearing that sound.
'...' I closed my eyes, taking a few deep breaths to ease my mind, and after a moment, I opened my eyes, just in time to see a kunai that had stopped before me.
'The power to stop. With this power, all non-chakra-enhanced attacks or techniques pause before him. This is almost the ultimate defense, with just the weakness being that it has no effect over chakra.' Fugaku thought while looking at how the Kunai just paused before me.
Growing up, he had helped me understand my eyes. I couldn't turn off my eyes and they were on 24/7. He helped me get to understand the limits of my eyes, and understand their capability... and of course, this was kept top secret. Something that only the elders of the Uchiha clan were allowed to know.
Other than that, Fugake learned about the Kekkai Genkai my eyes gave me... well, it wasn't a Kekkai Genkai. A kekkai Genkai was something that was pretty much limited to one's bloodline, which is why they were given the name, Kekkai Genkai, meaning Bloodline Limit, as it was limited to one's bloodline.
But my ability to so-called 'Stop' things wasn't a bloodline limit. It was instead a technique that was part of the Limitless. In theory, anyone could use the Limitless, but only those with the 6 eyes could bring out the full might of the Limitless.
I looked at the shinobi who had noticed me, he seemed to have not sensed my father as his full attention was on me. Although he was shocked at how the Kunai had just stopped before me, he got ready to shoot towards me... I saw the world in slow motion.
This was a Chunin. the ranking of power for this world went as Genin meaning low ninja, Chunin meaning middle ninja, Special Jonin meaning Special High Ninja, High Ninjameaning Elite High Jonin., and Kage.
I looked at the chakra gathering into the man's body. I had something like the 6 eyes, which easily allowed me to see chakra, which in return allowed me to read the Jutsu the person might use before they use it.
So, as the man gathered the chakra, using a hand seal to help mold it and better manipulate the chakra, I instantly knew he was going to use the body Flicker Jutsu. The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique.
By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
This was an overpowered jutsu, which only members of the Uchiha clan could bring out the full use of. This was thanks to the fact that once you set a target, you would be moving at such extreme speeds, that it would be nearly impossible to stop or change direction unless you have something like the Sharingan, which gives one high perception capability. Although a D-rank jutsu, it was extremely hard to master.
The shinobi appeared, just to find a Kunai hitting his forehead. He was given no time to react, as the instant he had begun to use the Body Flicker Jutsu, I had already known where he would appear. I simply took the Kunai he had given me and threw it towards where he would appear.
I watched as his body fell to the ground for some time, and a cold and emotionless look in my gaze. I couldn't help but remember back to my past life, when girlfriends I had broke up with me, it took me one or two days to completely get over it. I had always moved on quickly.
"Now what?" I asked with a sigh, it would take some time to put the event of today away, maybe 4 or so days, and I would have forgotten all of this. This event still affected me, but I was clearing my mind seeing as danger had arrived.
"... you and Itachi are truly different," Fugaku said softly, indeed we were different. The impact war had on Itachi didn't cause him to throw up. Itachi sat on this event, I shrugged my shoulders and moved on. Itachi sat on this event because he was caring and kind, but It didn't have anything to do with me... so why should I sit on it?
"Let's go deeper," Fugaku said with a sigh,
"So, you only wanted me to kill one person?" I asked while looking at him with a blank look, making Fugaku awkward. Bringing his children to the battlefield was not to simply get them to see the cruelty of war, it was to have us take our first kill.
From Itachi to me, our kills were something he had under control, Itachi just so happened to stumble upon the only alive shinobi amongst countless other lifeless bodies, while a shinobi just so happened to see me a few minutes after arriving here. Itachi didn't see through this thanks to his mind being swallowed up by something else, I saw through this thanks to my eyes. I easily saw the shinobi who was attacking me was in the genjutsu before he even attacked me.
"Sharp..." Fugaku said calmly, not bothering to hide it. I sighed at this, before just looking forward.
"Let's go," Fugaku said calmly, taking me towards a village, which has been suffering heavily from this war. We soon arrived, and I was left disgusted at the small village. Most of the village had been burned down, with many lifeless bodies laid all over the village. The males seemed to have been lucky as they got a quick death, but the females seemed to have been raped before being killed.
I was left disgusted at the sight before me, these were all normal people who couldn't even use chakra, and just because of the greed of a few shinobi, they had to die? I took all of this in for some time, my eyes turning cold.
At first, I had no interest in trying to bring forth world peace, it was none of my business. I'm a person who likes to mind my own business, I wouldn't stick my head where it doesn't belong... but after seeing just how cruel war could be, and how it affected me, I wanted to change it.
I didn't like this world, so I shall change this world until it's to my liking. I smelled the air, which was filled with the rotten bodies lying all around me, although I wanted to throw up, I didn't. I wanted to make sure to remember this moment and realize that I had reincarnated into a world that was far worse than the world I came from... No, even Earth wasn't better than this. Part of the earth was equally fucked up, I just happened to be lucky to live in a safer place.
Since I was in this world, then I shall change this world. I was no saint here, I just refused to live amongst things that disgusted me.
{A/N: MC wishes would be kept a mystery for some time. I also didn't go into detail on how his so-called Kekkai Genkai works. But MC's father did get something right in this chapter, his so-called Kekkai Genkai does not affect the chapter... for now.
I was planning on adding more combat in this chakra, but I wanted this chapter to point out just how Itachi and MC are different. Itachi wants to change this world because he is kind, and MC wants to change this world because he is disgusted to live amongst stuff that disgusts him.
The next chapter would be a time skip, and before that, I want you guys to help me out a little. I already had the basic skills of Limitless, Infinity, Blue, Red, Purple, and Domain planned out. there is also teleportation amongst them. But I want to run a few extra techniques down with you guys first.
Golden- By using the Reverse Curse Technique on Purple, Golden Is Born. While Purple Erases Everything, Golden Create. Giving birth to imagination.
Reverse Infinity- Normal Infinity makes it so that no matter how close something gets, it can never touch you, as it brings the infinity that exists between you and the attack into reality. Reverse Infinity instead adds a buff to all attacks, making sure there is no distance between it and the target. It would allow the attack to of course build up some momentum, before the buff active.
Red Mode- Red is created when one uses Infinity on space, creating a negative infinity that the world tries to fill in, this creates Blue which has the effect of pulling in everything around it. When using the Reverse Curse technique on it, it turns red, which can release imaginary mass, giving it the ability to push everything around it.
Red Mode would channel Red into the body, increasing the user's physical capability to a monstrous level.
I want to create a Blue Mode, but I'm still wondering how that would work. I think Blue Mode would pull in targets towards MC. I also want to create Purple Mode, of course, I don't want to name them Blue, Red, and Purple Mode. I want better names as they sound too basic... than again, the Limitless Technique is all basic.
I also want to have the Limitless affect stuff like souls, mental attacks, and so on. Any thoughts on these?
Lastly, this is a harem. You guys can pick who you all want in the harem, at first I didn't want to make this into a harem. I want to have MC have just one lover, that being Kushina, but she is already married. As for why Kushina, it's because she is overpowered as hell. The anime didn't do her justice to show it. But that's enough talking or else this chapter will get too long, Bye.}
