August looked up to see Remi approaching with her signature mischievous grin.

Her wavy auburn hair was tied up in a loose ponytail, and her apron hung casually over her fitted black dress.

"Hey, Remi," August greeted with a smile.

She leaned against the edge of his table, peering at his laptop.

Her top button was unfastened so a smooth set of plump cleavages was exposed, showing that Remi was in no way flat.

"What's got you all serious today? Looking for a hot date online?" She questioned.

August chuckled playfully. "Not this time. I'm looking for an apartment. Somewhere safe and decent for me and my sister."

Remi's eyes sparkled as she leaned in closer. "I might know a place," she said.

"Really?" August asked while raising an eyebrow.
