Chapter 105: Getting all hysterical

The darkness of night had slowly drifted away and now the sun was coming out to play peekaboo behind thick dark clouds that promised rain.

Before the Fifth Great War there used to be only two to five eclipses a year.

After the catastrophic damage done to the earth by the first world countries fighting each other, eclipses became more regular with up to twenty four a year. 

With these changes, creatures that lurked in the dark and were thought to be nothing but wild imagination and fables made their presence known to humans.

Now that the moon had been high all weekend somehow Lithe felt it in his bones that another eclipse was due.

Before becoming involved with Zen he hadn't given a damn about lunar or solar eclipses.

Things were different now since dating a werewolf meant he had to pay more attention to eclipse cycles.

Was he picking up on Zen's emotions concerning his upcoming rut and why was he hiding this fact from Lithe?
