General POV
Seojin and Seojun sat still after watching Dongwoo leave. They were silent for a while, enduring the ogling eyes that were fixed on them.
For the customers and even the employees, it was honestly difficult to look away when such characters were present.
Some wanted to approach but were too contemplated with the idea. How to approach and not seem rude or desperate?
Besides, they were seated there so quietly that one would assume they were lost in thoughts about something really serious.
Then, Seojun said,
"What now, Lorenzo?" He asked, placing his elbow on the table and leaning his chin on his knuckles. "Hyung doesn't want to get close to us."
"We don't know that yet." Seojin said but he too felt it. The wall Dongwoo Huh g was putting up in between them.
He couldn't see why though. What anyone would wish for was to be connected with people like them. They were polite, on the outside, handsome, tall, and bright rays of sunshine, so why was Dongwoo Hyung drawing a line?
It didn't make sense.
They got up and started walking out of the cafe, earning more stares as they strode through with their long legs and perfect builds.
'We helped him secure his job. He should be happy and stuck to us. Isn't that how it's supposed to be?' Seojin thought, folding his arms. 'Everyone fawns over us, so why does Hyung not do the same? I thought he liked our face.'
"Well, as expected of our Hyung." Seojun suddenly said and Seojin turned to look at him. "He doesn't do what the others do. He always does the contrary." He said and laughed.
"I suppose so." Seojin nodded in agreement. "When people avoided us, he was the only one who wanted to be near us. He was the only one who smiled genuinely at us. But now that everyone is fawning over us, he's the only one who wants to stay away. He feels awkward."
Reciting this trait, both smiled in a certain nostalgic way but their eyes were far from nostalgic as this result was something they didn't like.
"Ah, this won't do." Seojin said. "How can we get Hyung to fall for us if he runs away like a mouse each time he sees us?"
"Do you want me to seduce him?" Seojun suddenly suggested and Seojin gave him a blank stare.
"I'm not letting you take the first pass on Hyung, Matteo. We discussed this before. We'll let Hyung choose who he wants to start out with."
"But how's he going to do that if we don't give him a little push? And besides, we didn't rule out using tactics." Seojun said and grinned. "And it seems Hyung likes my chest. I can use this in my favor."
Seojin rolled his eyes to the side and said,
"Please, save me the drama. We have the same build so I can do that too."
"But I'm slightly bigger than you, and you know it." Seojun laughed.
'I hate to admit it but he's right.'
They stopped in front of the building and stared at it.
This was the first step they needed to take in order to get back the Hyung they had separated from a long time ago. Their light... Yes, he was their light.
Thanks to Seojun taking the picture from Dongwoo Hyung's wallet, they were able to find a reason to come here. Though it was an unreasonable reason, it was still a reason.
Seojin already peaked at the website Dongwoo Hyung was working on to submit his picture so it wasn't difficult to find out the company he was trying to get into.
They used connections to get in touch with the director and the rest after that, was practically history.
"Hm, I wonder if Hyung still has a sweet tooth." Seojun wondered out loud.
"Given he ordered bubble tea, I'd say yes." Seojin said and they both smiled happily.
Those memories, they would do anything to recreate such happy memories. And even create explicit ones in the process.
You see, the twins used to just rely on Dongwoo Hyung but over time, he grew a lot on them. They liked him more than the average kids would but they didn't understand the meaning of that feeling.
They just knew they wanted to be with their Hyung and spend every passing day with him, every waking hour, watching him smile and run around with them.
That was their only wish.
They belonged to Dongwoo Hyung and Dongwoo Hyung belonged to them. That was how they set their minds but then 'that' happened. Someone not only tried to harm their beloved Hyung but also tried to defile him.
As if that wasn't enough, they had to be separated.
Everything that happened made them bitter. It made them hate the world that turned against their Hyung and they wanted to go back but it was impossible. It made them obsessed.
Now that they were old enough and had torn out of their mother's hold, they were willing to do anything to get back that smile from their Hyung. They were willing to do anything.
"Let's go, Matteo." Seojin said to Seojun as they turned their backs on the company. "We have much to prepare."
Dongwoo was of course oblivious to what the twins whom he still labeled as innocent had in store for him. He ran so he wouldn't taint them but these two were far gone and were probably the ones who would taint him.
