Chapter 172: A Fool’s Errand.  

This turned out to be one of those cases where it was easier said than done. Telling the guys that I remembered the clearing where I had started from and the path that I had taken was a lot different from actually being able to find said place.

It turned out that the Forest of Fire was around 6.7 million km squared—roughly the size of the Amazon rainforest. To find one point of entry was literally like looking for a need in a haystack. The volcano I had reached in my first dream was in the dead center of the forest, with the trees spreading out in all directions from there.

I couldn't even say that the entrance was in this province or if the Rein had me flown into another place.

Basically, my whole idea of building something to be able to hide in was gone.
