Chapter 109: Let’s Get A Move On  

Wrukaog cocked his head to the side as he studied the Priest in front of him. "Are you telling me what to do?" he asked softly. He couldn't even remember the last time someone had told him what he could or could not do. Or, at least, survived to tell about it.

"I am," agreed the Priest, his voice just as soft. Wrukaog could only see the bottom of his pale face from under the black hood of his robes, but that was more than enough. "The treasures are all yours. The female is mine."

The Priest's words caused the Uugazt Horde Leader to pause, his entire body tense like the string of a bow. Unfortunately for the Priest, the arrow in that bow was directly pointed at him.

"She is not yours," reminded Wrukaog, looking at the other male. "Your kind don't allow females. In fact, you shouldn't even be on the same ship as one, if I am not mistaken."
