Chapter 100: The First Commandment  

Reacting completely on instincts, Pure wrapped his arms tightly at the threat. He couldn't see anything, but that didn't mean anything. But it took him only a second to realize that the thing attacking him was clinging to him desperately, completely unwilling to let him go.

Even though Pure's lungs were burning with the need to breathe air, he tightened his arms around his trembling mate, still invisible thanks to her armor. 'You need to get her back to her room with lots of furs and all six of you,' grunted the strange male in his personal communication device. 'According to her biological readings, she is going into shock.' 

Nodding his head, he shot to the surface of the water. Taking in a deep lungful of air the second he could, he looked around. The other males completely surrounded him, their bodies acting as a barrier between him and any threats that might be coming at him.
