Blanche deliberately provoked him, but Allen wasn't falling for it.

"Don't think you can stop me from uncovering the truth. Stay here quietly, or I'll send William to prison."

"Sis, just stop talking," William pleaded. "Allen is our only lifeline; if you keep this up, we're all done for."

Blanche cursed William for being so useless; who was to blame for this?

"President…" Matthew rushed in, panting, as if he had urgent news to report.

Seeing Matthew's anxious expression, Blanche felt an ominous premonition.

"President, Isabella is pregnant!"

Blanche felt overwhelmed, not even knowing how to describe her current feelings. She could only look at William, speechless.

Allen chuckled, his meaning unclear.

William's mouth dropped open in shock, "How could this be… it's impossible."
