Chapter 145: Who Is This Girl?

Cassandra could finally glance around the place Kanyon was keeping her in, now that she wasn't blindfolded. It was a vast room with furniture in dark tones which screamed royalty. 

There was a dressing table with different assortments of perfumes, hair brushes and other accessories. 

The lanterns hanging in the two corners let out low red light which was almost eerie, even the candles had that same reddish orange glow that slowly flickered in their candelabras. 

Dark curtains were draped on the windows, blotting out any light that might seep through or provide her with a view of the outside. She had no clue where he was keeping her.

The way he conversed with her gave birth to this dooming feeling in the pit of her stomach.

She knew, he was mercilessly going to torture her. Maybe, he was going to hand her over to Stephanie so she could exact her revenge plans.
